Hotel in zona Trinity Theological College, Singapore

Great location: About 10 minutes walk to the nearby mall and subway station. There is a Bus stop right outside of the hotel’s main entrance. Staff: very friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom are clean but very small. We stayed on the third floor. The soundproofing of the room is very bad. We heard the couples staying next room who made noise at late night. It was loud and disgusting. In addition, there had been some maintenance work going for a few days which was noisy for a few hours each day Food: There is a small restaurant at the top floor.We went up one time and there were a lot of people. And we saw there were not enough staff to serve the people. There is a breakfast place on the ground floor. But they are closed for lunch and breakfast. There is a vending machine in the lobby that offers snacks and instant noodle, which is good. In addition, there are trolleys available in the entrance and you can use it to bring all luggages to your room.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno assolutamente meraviglioso al Park Avenue Rochester Hotel durante la notte di Capodanno. Il servizio è stato eccellente e lo staff, incluso il personale di sicurezza in servizio sia il 31 dicembre che il 1° gennaio, è stato fantastico. Dal momento in cui ho inviato un'e-mail per fare una richiesta speciale fino al momento del check-out, tutto è stato gestito alla perfezione. L'hotel ha soddisfatto le nostre richieste e ci è stata assegnata una camera con una vista fantastica sulle residenze e sullo Star Vista Mall. L'area della piscina era mozzafiato, circondata da piante curate in modo splendido che creavano un'atmosfera rilassante. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda, a pochi passi dallo Star Vista Mall e dalla stazione MRT. I centri commerciali nelle vicinanze offrono una varietà di opzioni di cibo Halal, il che è stato un enorme vantaggio per me. Ho ricevuto una colazione gratuita per due, ma sfortunatamente non era certificata Halal. Forse l'hotel potrebbe prendere in considerazione l'idea di introdurre pasti bento Halal in futuro per soddisfare più ospiti. Solo un suggerimento! Nel complesso, la mia esperienza al Park Avenue Rochester Hotel è stata eccezionale e lo consiglio vivamente. Servizio perfetto, ottima posizione e un soggiorno memorabile! Grazie!

Stayed at the end of Nov/early Dec 2022 for 6 nights Pros: -building is very instagrammable, they even have photo icons on the ground to guide you where to stand to take photos. -check in process was easy and smooth -they have coffee machine at lobby area and lots of places to sit and lounge -swimming pool on lvl 2 with towels you can grab yourself there. -there is a shared communal kitchen with microwave/dishwasher and fridge but you have to label the products you buy yourself or else if the product is expired or doesn't have a label they chuck it away. -rooftop area on lvl 8 where you can get a view of the surrounding areas. -overall lots of outdoor spaces to sit. -there are areas to bbq if you want but you need to hire it like those portable bbqs -on lvl 1 in a different building but connected there is laundry that costs $6 for 15kg wash that cycles for 30 minutes and the dryer cost $6 as well for 1 hour dry cycle. -room itself is 13sqm but it doesn't feel that small as it looks on paper i think in part due to the very high ceilings above the bed so you don't feel so cramped and gives that sense of space. pretty clever designed room. -room feels new, i mean it did only open in April 2022. -bed and pillow are fairly comfortable not too bad. Initially it feels comfortable but over the days it was okay only and the bed was ok kind of like stiff foam that has some give but a little firm. There is space underneath the bed to store luggage. -plugs on either side of bed as well as usb slots. -water kettle is provided in the room as well as cutlery in the room. -fridge is shared and located outside in each corridor. -there is a desk with plug and ethernet port. -there is also a tv with only local channels. -sink is outside the bathroom area on the wall but it does have liquid hand soap and a big round mirror with good lighting. -jug is provided and you can refill it yourself outside your corridor. each level has a water dispenser refill station which provides clean filtered distilled water in both hot and cold temperatures. There is also a shared microwave and paper towels in each level of the building. -lots of nooks and crannies in the room for example next to the door you can put things on a small recessed wall shelf and there is another cupboard you can put shoes or sandals etc. -hairdryer is provided. -toilet and shower are glass separated -they provide 2 toilet papers and 2 hand towels and 2 body towels. -shower is amazing, rain and hand held shower head with plenty of strong hot water pressure and hot water that lasts. -collapsable laundry basket is provided in the room. -electronic curtain shade on the windows and the windows are big round ship-like glass. -hanger coats that you can hang your clothes and towels are provided in the room. -there is also a reading lamp and racks above the desk to put stuff which was nice. -tissue box is provided. -mrt entrance is directly across the road from the hotel. -wifi spee

The room was okay and average. The window is a little small. Unfortunately the hot water only lasts about 5-10 minutes which was very annoying especially with two people. The staff was okay and friendly. However, when we complained about the hot water issue, they tried explaining techniques to save water during the shower instead of helping with the problem. The location is quite outside of Singapore but very close to NUS and a bus stop which was good for us. Generally an okay stay.

È molto semplice effettuare transazioni con il team Coliwoo, anche via e-mail, che è la mia migliore forma di comunicazione. Dato che non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna SIMcard SG, abbiamo portato con noi un WiFi tascabile in roaming. Le camere, i servizi e l'intera zona sono puliti. Anche se è fuori dal quartiere cittadino, con la vista dalla finestra, lo spazio in camera e gli elettrodomestici, in particolare la lavatrice con asciugatrice, questa è la nostra prima scelta. Se mai dovessimo tornare a SG, questa sarebbe davvero di nuovo la nostra prima scelta. C'è un vicino 7/11, opzioni di venditori ambulanti di pasti e anche fermate dell'autobus, quindi viaggiare non è un problema per noi poiché amiamo una bella vista e un viaggio tranquillo per esplorare la città.

If tranquility and peace is what you’re looking for, you’ll find it here. Hotel is recently opened and therefore occupancy is not in full swing as yet. There is minimal staff on site and no F&B options available as yet. Staff recommends going to nearby (10mins sheltered walkway) train station (Kent Ridge) for food or drink. We visited over ***** New Year holidays and luckily food court at nearby NUH hospital was open. Overall the facilities pool and gym are very well kept. There is a work space cum dining tables indoors and also outdoors poolside which you can use to dine in your BYO food. Very thoughtful of hotel to setup induction stove, microwave and hotel water dispenser at lobby area for food warming. There’s even a BBQ PIT and sink next to pool but unsure how to register to use. Have suggested to hotel to setup some vending machines until their F&B outlet is operational. Don’t think it’ll happen too soon as renovations still ongoing for food outlet. Will definitely return for R&R again. But need to BYO drinks, snacks or food! Or just order Grab delivery!

La reception parlava molto bene il cinese e aveva un buon atteggiamento. L'orario del check-in è stato un po' ritardato a causa del controllo delle informazioni online. Abbiamo aggiornato la camera gratuitamente. C'è un bus navetta gratuito per la stazione della metropolitana piccolo, le strutture sono buone C'è un minimarket al piano terra dell'hotel, il che è molto comodo! C'è una piscina e una palestra

Questa è in realtà la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel, molto pulito e carino! L'hotel è vicino alla vivace strada del frutteto, quindi puoi semplicemente fare una passeggiata! Il personale era molto cordiale e gentile, il processo di check-in è durato meno di 10 minuti! Molto efficiente e veloce, non ho dovuto aspettare affatto! La camera era molto bella e pulita, ci tornerei sicuramente! ;)

Sono stato a Shang-Ri La Singapore in poche occasioni (tutte sono state buone esperienze), ma questa è stata la peggiore esperienze finora. Il check-in è stato ritardato oltre le 3:00, anche se ci siamo stati qualche ora prima. Il personale di servizio presso il dipartimento frontale non è stato utile come di solito, molto deluso di questa visita.

I like it as it is new and stylish. Great location as it’s tucked away from busy area yet very near to that. Swimming pool is lovely. However I probably won’t come back. The room is very small and if you choose non pool view it’s a normal view as it’s not in the location for skyline or anything. Again it is a lovely and nice hotel but not for the dollar you spend- highest floor is 8.
