Terrible Staycay at The Bus Collective! Had a terrible stay at The Bus Collective! Despite the enticing media coverage of this unique bus-themed resort in Changi and my initial enthusiasm to support their sustainability efforts, $500+ one-night stay turned out to be a major disappointment. My child, celebrating his 4th birthday, burst out in tears as he was harshly scolded and threatened by Michael Gan, (from WTS) claimed to be the representative of the resort owner. During a harmless play where my child was pretending to be an 'emcee' on a stage platform, Michael Gan abruptly approached, ordering my child to get down immediately, citing safety concerns and even threatening police involvement, 'the police will come and catch you'. While safety reminders are appreciated, his aggressive tone and stern reprimand were unacceptable. When I sought an explanation, Michael, accompanied by the resort manager, arrogantly defended his actions, a father of 4 children claiming it was a common comment, he finds there is nothing wrong and even suggesting it was my fault for allowing my child on the platform. The overall experience was emotionally jarring, and the resort's management disappointed. Despite the appealing bus-themed interior, it lacked cleanliness, with visible dust and dirt particulary at the interior driving seat area. Fire access way blocked by unauthorised parking at the resort. The exterior posed safety hazards, with rainwater underneath the buses potentially breeding mosquitoes, pebble stones as walkways, and inadequate lighting for night safety. Additionally, the lack of high fencing raised concerns about safety, especially with the presence of intoxicated individuals near the public playground. Considering the price tag, opting for a hotel staycation seems more worthwhile, especially to avoid the subpar customer service experienced at The Bus Collective at Changi. In summary, this resort is not child-friendly, and the customer service was abysmal. I regret my decision and won't consider returning.

The place was a little old but good. It was very close to the hawker, very accessible to the bus. Good place if you want to relax, walking distance to the beach. Walking distance to the port if you want to go to the island pulau ubin.

Questo resort è situato in una posizione molto strategica con vista sul mare. È nel centro di Patong, Karon & Kata area. Forse penserete che questo resort potrebbe essere molto rumoroso o vicino a qualsiasi pub/club/F&B occupato, la risposta non è! Sono lontani 3-4km, quindi puoi godere del tempo tranquillo. Il servizio in camera è molto veloce e soddisfa tutte le mie richieste. La parte del resort vicino alla roccia sta facendo la rigenerazione e l'aggiornamento complessivo. Questa parte era molto segreta perché andrà a camminare tutto il tempo e vedrai un nuovo caffè di cliff che sta facendo la rigenerazione. Non molto la gente gode della piscina, così si può prendere molte foto con infinita piscina. Sono certo che il vostro partner lo apprezzerà, e a questo prezzo è prezioso.

It's my 4th time staying at this hotel..it has always been a favourite among my family for its spacious room and nearby amenities...highly recommended. Staff were polite and room service personnel were helpful, there is nothing to complain except for there is still no complimentary parking for guests as the carpark is not owned by the hotel.

Nice hotel with a nice breakfast. It's underwhelming that they are having massive construction works just near the hotel, and our room faced the construction site. When I asked the front desk if it was possible to switch the room to a different one given the construction works, the front desk guy rudely replied to me ”next time take a room with the swimming pool view”. I was quite shocked by his tone! But I guess it was just one guy and not all the staff.

We stayed here as a group of 8 people during our business trip and I can fully recommend the hotel. the area was great for us, lot of bars and restaurants and good night life. Further, the bus which brought us to the company every day was just around the corner (Bus no. 15). The hotel itself is very clean, has a big shower (so good!!!) and was cleaned every day. I liked that in the bed there was two different pillows, a soft one and a firm one! since I only like soft ones it was great for me! the stuff is really nice and helpful. booking taxi middle in the night for us or giving good tips as we had some issues with the credit card (it wasn't hotel fault, it was the bank!) and the best : the stuff is always smiling!! not to forget the nice orange juice machine (two!). having a fresh orange juice after the hot working day was great! I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, but I did from the juice machine :) Breakfast was nice and there is always something for everyone. me for my part love Asian food, so I enjoyed kaya buns and the fresh fruits. Also the coffee is nice and I loved the masala tea! Around the corner of the hotel you can eat famous Katong laksa! the best in the city in my honest opinion! Also five chicken star is nice place to eat since they are serving very good hainanese chicken rice. If you go down the street from five chicken star, you will find Mel´s Place, a nice beer garden with local people. You can watch football here, play billard or enjoy live music on some events. When traveling, I like to connect with local people and get more nice tips where to go, so my tips here are far away from the touristic areas and events.

Il personale (Winston) ha offerto la cena gratuita al ristorante dell'hotel, un buono per il parcheggio gratuito e un check-out posticipato prolungato (era già stato offerto il check-out posticipato alle 14:00 e gli è stato offerto un check-out ancora più tardivo ) - Motivi Peranakan nella hall dell'hotel e nelle camere - scelta eclettica dell'arredamento della camera (tavolo da carambola, zoccoli, sputacchiera, tavolo con macchina da cucire solo per citarne alcuni) - buona scelta di articoli gratuiti (tè twg, Nespresso, caffè Bacha, 3 diversi tipi di dolci) - enorme frigorifero in camera - Ottima vista di Katong dalla camera - La piscina a sfioro sul tetto offre una vista a 270 gradi della zona Negativi - nessun altoparlante Bluetooth per connettere la mia musica - tv senza Chromecast - Canali televisivi via cavo limitati - La vasca da bagno rotonda potrebbe non essere per tutti i gusti - il temuto dentifricio Ame

La posizione è vicina al PLQ, facile da trovare cibo e trasporto pubblico. Il personale è amichevole, letto comodo, bagno pulito. Ho dato 3 stelle per la pulizia è perché ci è un piccolo cazzo nella stanza. C'è la costruzione proprio accanto all'hotel, i lavoratori si fermano a lavorare circa 10 qualcosa che significa che i suoni di colpo si fermano prima delle 11:00

Ottima posizione per una grande varietà di negozi di alimentari. Near East Coastal Path e un eccellente servizio di autobus economico a un minuto di distanza. Purtroppo il tempo è pessimo. Colazione orientata verso gli ospiti asiatici. Il personale è incredibilmente cordiale e disponibile
