The actual rating is 4.5 I spent 3 nights in a female dorm and this hostel is really good. First of all, the location, right in the heart of Chinatown, 5 minutes from the metro (Chinatown stop) and you can easily reach many interesting points by walk. Also, getting to both the airport and Universal Studios theme park is really easy. For the airport, consider about 1 hour of total travel (you must change at Expo) while for the Universal Studios is a couple of stops of metro and then the Sentosa Express which you can take from Vivo City. In general, Chinatown is in an amazing location and you can easily go everywhere by public transportation, including Gardens by the Bay, in such an easy and quick way. The hostel facilities are really good. Brekfast is included and you can choose every morning what you want to eat/drink. The quality of their ice-cream is amazing ( is not included with the breakfast tho). The dorm itself is nice. The bathroom has the shower/WC in the same room but you can find another bathroom with separated services on the same floor. All the staff members are nice, especially the guys at the café/ice-cream/breakfast space, and, above all, Dee. I think he is really great. The way he interacts with the guests, reading between the lines and making sure everyone is happy and feels important (he remembers every name!), is not as common as it may seem. I must say the other receptions were okay, he was something else and I think people like him should be praised because, even if sometimes it doesn't look like it, I know that connecting with different people from many countries takes a lot of effort. Dee also provides you with all the information you need to make the most of your time in Singapore and makes sure everyone rests properly so, if someone talks loudly during the night or whatever, you can tell him and he'll talk with them (or, first, you can talk directly with the people involved, like I did). I put a 4.5 and not a 5 because I work remotely and, for my work, I need a quiet place to concentrate. There isn't an actual space to work, like in other hostels I've been to in other countries, but you basically make do in the main hall which is also the lobby and place where everybody has breakfast or simply gathers to chat. There are a bunch of little tables scattered around the hostel but they are not comfortable enough for writing for many hours. Another good thing, there is a selection of books people donated that you can read while in the hostel or you can pick one or two to keep you company for the rest of your travels. All in all, I'd suggest this hostel to everyone and, if I ever come back to Singapore, I'll happily stay here again.

We had the room with no windows, but the overall experience turned out to be okay. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Recommended for people who are on a budget but prioritise a great location. Its near the Lavendar MRT station and a bus stop. You can also drop your luggage before check in time which is super helpful. In an ideal scenario, wish the hotel could charge slightly less for room without windows..

Strategically located next to Lau Pa Sat and SGX building, the legacy of F.G. Lundon from 1927 stands elegantly among the Singapore skyscrapers. The newly-renovated building itself offers a clean and cozy feeling with perfect conditioning among the heat of Singapore. I also felt like home with all the services that they offer to me and I was constantly in awe with the architecture and interior. The hotel applied pre check in form that was sent to my phone, so I could fill all the details and straight to the reception to receive my room key. However, due to their system change, they gave me separate key for lift and the room (they say it should be temporary and I hope it will be fixed as soon as possible). The room was awesome with high tech and can be operated through their iPad. You can put a timer to open curtain and turn the lamp on. However, I found a small details for the cleaning service where I found a used head cap left below the toilet, and I found it weird as I thought the room was completely cleaned. Apart from that, the aircon in the room that I stayed also got weird noises during the night. After I filed complaint to the reception on the next day, they swiftly change my room and the experience completely changed 180 degree towards a positive side. the new room was flawless and nice. I was surprised with their sound-proof mechanism, as I could hear nothing from outside despite lau pa sat was really crowded + huge thunderstorm. The rooftop pool was also amazing and I could swim freely as it wasn't crowded. However, I just feel that the hotel need to put a prominent sign on towel's location as it took me 10 minutes to find the towel while the pool was unattended at 9am. I was also admire the warmth of the service where all staffs were really nice to me. They directly greet me in Indonesian as they realize I'm from Indonesia, and we had a great talk (shout out to Izzat and Ismail as they were really nice to me, and also all reception officers who helped me). They also helped me a lot for my checkout process and it was very smooth as well. The Hotel Telegraph offers an undeniable status as a boutique small luxury hotel with an amazing services. Yet, I really wish that the small details can be improved to ensure guest can truly feels the perfection of the 5 stars boutique small luxury hotel.

L'hotel è a 7-8 minuti a piedi dalla MRT (metropolitana). Anche se la stanza è un po' piccola, le zone asciutte e umide sono assolutamente separate e tutte le funzioni sono complete, soprattutto l'acqua del bagno è grande. La stanza è igienica e pulito. Di fronte all'hotel c'è Clark Quay, che ha un cavalcavia. In passato, se non avevi abbastanza acqua potabile, potevi chiederla alla reception; la presa di corrente può essere utilizzata con due prese di corrente e non c'è bisogno di cambiare;la reception è al 3° piano, e la sala colazione è al 1° piano, con due grandi sale all'interno e all'esterno.La varietà della colazione non è eccessiva, ma la varietà è abbastanza completo e la qualità è ok, la piscina è buona, rettangolare standard, la palestra ha poche attrezzature ma basta, fare il bagno e vestirsi è un po' rudimentale... Lo svantaggio è che è cara, carissima. Dovrò prestare particolare attenzione la prossima volta che lo ordinerò, prestando attenzione alle variazioni di prezzo.

Il Raffles Singapore è una delle belle esperienze senza confronto. Ci siamo trasferiti per 8 days/7 notti, mi sentivo molto come una casa. I edifici sono bellissimi e decorati con gusto. Le camere sono bellissime con una combinazione di stile moderno e coloniale. Anche la camera standard è una suite con una sala parlour separata, con i propri controlli per le luci e l'ac. Il personale è eccellente e sempre pronto a aiutare. Abbiamo avuto problemi e parlato con la direzione, hanno ascoltato e corretto le questioni in tempo utile, abbiamo avuto un pranzo di esperienza del grande lobby nella prima notte, la cena e a Le Dame Du Pic e bevande al bar degli scrittori. La selezione di bar e cibo ha coperto per qualsiasi gusto che si desidera, non abbiamo provato a offrire tutto l'hotel, perché Singapore ha una grande scena di cibo nei centri di hawker. La posizione è eccellente tra le principali aree turistiche di Singapore e facile accesso al metro alla stazione City Hall

Dopo aver visto alcune di queste recensioni, ero un po' preoccupante per la prenotazione di questo posto. Mi serviva un posto per qualche notte alla fine del mio ultimo viaggio di 7 settimane e pensavo di prendere una possibilita'. Negli ultimi 20 anni sono rimasto presso quasi tutti gli hotel della zona Bencoolen e la maggior parte sono andata in collina rapidamente. Quando mi sono reclutato, mi sono incontrato con due amici impiegati del front desk (James e Firdaus, come si è verificato). Sapevo che avevano molte camere disponibili, quindi le ho chiesto se mi avrebbero dato una molto buona, beh, lo hanno fatto.Era abbastanza grande, molto pulito e molto tranquillo. Il letto era pulito e confortevole, la doccia era calda e funzionava bene, le poche uscite elettriche erano funzionali, e il centro A/C era comodo. Il frigo incluso era vecchio ma freddo e mi raffreddava il modo in cui la birra di Singapore era troppo costosa per perfezionare. Io consiglierei questo posto e certamente non esitarei a rimanere qui di nuovo. Questa è la zona in cui io sono sempre e penso che sia la cosa migliore, anche se altri potrebbero differire. Se fossi stato in questo posto, comprarei al team di custodia un paio di puliziatori di vuoto. Non farei altro che questo, e per James e Firdaus, mi trattarono in modo equo e la loro ospitezia era eccellente per tutta la mia permanenza.

I turisti vengono da tutto il mondo per soggiornare qui e l'intera hall è piena di turisti in attesa di fare il check-in. La reception dell'hotel è molto buona. Mi hanno spostato gratuitamente in una camera con vista sul mare e mi hanno regalato una torta di compleanno gratuita🎂La camera con vista sul mare è davvero bellissima, la vista è fantastica, la stanza è grande, tutti gli utensili gratuiti. sono di fascia alta, la torta al cioccolato è ottima e il gusto è davvero autentico. Nel complesso, questo è l'hotel più costoso e di lusso in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Il panorama, i servizi e le strutture sono tutti degni del suo prezzo. Una volta a Singapore devi soggiornare al Marina Bay Sands Hotel.

Il personale della Premier Lounge è stato fantastico! Hanno fatto ogni sforzo per soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste e anche per questo hanno ricordato i nostri nomi e le nostre preferenze. Dalle allergie del mio partner a come mi piacciono le mie bibite con ghiaccio. Erano estremamente gentili e genuini. Menzioni speciali a Faridah,Ron,Xing Xing,Suzan e Kim. Persone straordinarie che hanno reso il mio compleanno molto più significativo. Hanno anche chiesto al personale di firmare un meraviglioso biglietto d'auguri e ci hanno regalato una torta! D'altra parte le camere erano un po' datate e un po' malandate. I servizi igienici stavano soffocando molto e il tappo della vasca doveva essere scavato manualmente quando dovevamo drenare la vasca.

La posizione era ottima, ho prenotato l'hotel per un breve soggiorno perché il matrimonio di amici si tiene a Chijmes. Il personale della reception era sempre disponibile e allegro. I servizi di pulizia delle camere vengono ogni poche ore per verificare se abbiamo bisogno di una stanza per il trucco. Potrebbe essere necessario riparare la porta del bagno, non può chiudersi completamente. A parte questo, tutto bene! Torneremo di nuovo

Mi piace davvero il servizio di ricezione e check-in. E 'molto liscio e il personale li' gia' sulle tue scarpe per pensare per me. L'hotel è vicino ovunque. E 'adiacente a Marina Corner e Suntec dove si può fare qualche shopping. La stanza è fantastica. Si tratta di una vista di uccelli su tutte le attrazioni vicino a Sand Bay.
