Ho prenotato questo hotel perché F1, tutti i receptionist sono molto disponibili con i dettagli F1 e ci hanno chiamato un taxi in caso di emergenza perché abbiamo quasi perso il volo di ritorno Camere minuscole ma comode, letto comodo e camere pulite. Io e mio marito ci torneremo l'anno prossimo perché la posizione è superba e sono molto impressionato dalla mentalità di servizio di tutto il personale. Grazie ancora mille

Nel complesso l'hotel è fantastico. Ma perché l'hotel ha solo 1 canale TV? Oltre a ciò, non mi sento a mio agio con il loro programma di pulizia della camera (dalle 14 alle 15) perché non potevo riposare nella mia stanza all'una dopo aver visitato i dintorni.

Small compact room than expected, room slightly different design from the website photo. I have no idea why the twin beds must be put in the up and down position. It is quite troublesome when I need to go to the toilet at midnight, almost forgot the small staircase. Found a few hair in the bed sheet and bathroom. If you only look for a place to sleep, just go ahead to stay here.

Great location! Near Bugis mrt and lots of foods and shops nearby. Great stay overall!

Disappointing Stay Due to Booking and Service Issues I booked three rooms months in advance for a three-night stay, specifically requesting one room with a double bed and two with twin beds. However, at check-in, we were assigned all double bed rooms, and the front desk staff was unhelpful and dismissive when I asked for assistance with adjustments. This experience left a poor impression, and I would advise others to reconfirm their bookings before arrival and be cautious about the service quality here.

Best location, close to bugis st where u can get halal food easier..got 7e next to it which is so convenient

Hotel very close to Suntec Convention Centre. If you plan to attend any event. It’s quite convenience

Decided on this hotel as it has its own private parking. Although limited to 2 or 3 spaces, still managed to park there the entire time. Front desk staff were very helpful in this aspect! They assisted to move the sign and to guide during parking. As seen in pics, please expect a room size which is barely enough to keep a large luggage. Otherwise, everything else was satisfactory.

Ibis was spotlessly clean and perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it an excellent choice.

The service was really good, check-in was fast and easy. The room was well tidied and made with a small refrigerator :D

Central hotel, albeit basic. Was fine up until the last night when a putrid smell woke us up. There was no window in the room so unsure if there's a drainage problem or something else
