Park Avenue Clemenceau

Booked Park Avenue for a family holiday with three children. One has allergies so I needed a functioning kitchen too. The apartment far outweighed my expectations & was perfect for the four of us. Location was central with easy access to all sites & next door to a shopping mall with grocers. The apartment was regularly serviced & all areas were very clean. There was a small pool perfect for a swim & for children & a small gym too. The service was friendly & efficient & helpful. Overall absolutely perfect for us & I would definitely return!!

Il nostro soggiorno nell'appartamento di servizio è stato buono. Lynn e Vijaya alla reception hanno fornito un servizio eccezionale, facendo di tutto per garantire il nostro comfort. Erano gentili, disponibili e attenti alle nostre esigenze. L'appartamento in sé era confortevole e ben tenuto, con servizi moderni. La comoda posizione ci ha permesso di esplorare facilmente la città. Nel complesso, abbiamo avuto un'esperienza meravigliosa e consiglio vivamente questo appartamento di servizio. Restiamo a sentire spesso quando visitiamo Singapore.

Per il nostro scopo, Park Avenue Clemenceau è in una posizione eccellente: supermercato in UE Square, facile accesso ai trasporti pubblici, a pochi passi da Orchard Road e Chinatown (se ti piace camminare per 15-25 minuti). La cucina è ben attrezzata per cucinare ed è davvero bello avere una lavasciuga nell'appartamento. È anche pulito. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Il supervisore delle pulizie, in particolare, è stato molto attento ai nostri reclami, venendo di persona per assicurarsi che le nostre preoccupazioni fossero state risolte. Detto questo, la struttura è vecchia e necessita di un aggiornamento, soprattutto il bagno.

End of July to August . Very Convenient location. Close to everything and apartment was perfect for everything we needed. Staff are very helpful especially Vijaya. Always looked forward to coming back to the apartment after a long day. And enjoyed the pool. Definitely will stay here again.

Our stay at Park Avenue was truly remarkable. This place has it all, from beautiful, newly-renovated apartments to a location that is absolutely perfect and a great point from which you can discover Singapore and visit your favourite areas. Being on the river you have access to beautiful walks along the waterfront that can take you to vibrant Clarke Quay, restaurant-filled Boat Quay, the business district and ultimately the Esplanade/Marina Bay. Popular areas such as Orchard Road and Chinatown are also within walking distance, and for those planning on exploring the city via MRT (Singapore's subway network) there is an underground station across the street from Park Avenue. Options galore so get ready to explore! The apartments are equipped to the highest standards, from a fully-functional kitchen to modern bathrooms and well-designed bedrooms, each of which has its own, individually-controlled aircon setting. The beds are marvellous with comfortable mattresses and premium linen, ensuring that the sleep quality is heavenly. I believe what makes every experience truly special are the people who make it all happen. Special mention goes to Director Eddie Chan, who took the time to meet us personally during our stay as well as Lynn Tay, Vijaya and Zhi Hui from the front desk who have all been welcoming and helpful throughout our time at Park Avenue. The apartment was well furnished with sufficient kitchenware.... Equipped with 24 hrs gym & swimming pool... Situated above UE Square Mall with CS Grocery Store and 7/11 convenient store . Very near to MRT & walking distance to Clark Quay...

Hello fellow travelers! I just returned from my lovely Singapore trip and trying to adjust my jet lag. I spent about two weeks at the Park Avenue Clemenceau. My two weeks stay was spent in 2 different rooms at this hotel. The first room had a problem that I couldn’t ignore so the lovely Ms. Vijaya moved me to my second room. The second room also had a problem, but it was minor enough that they fixed it the next day. Overall, I recommend this hotel and would return in the future. Ms. Vijaya really made this stay 5 stars for me. Hospitality at its finest! Advantages - location, washing machine, newly renovated Inconveniences - no clock, 2 feet step to get out of the shower/tub

Very kind front staff and professional housekeeping service . Xin Yin provide me of nice housekeeping. And manager of her cares me bringing what I need before I ask. I recommend this hotel apartment to someone looking for another home in SG. I would like to visit again
