I dipendenti parlano molto bene, sono estremamente cordiali, sorridenti e molto carini.

La stanza non è troppo piccola, ma le lenzuola sono terribili. Siamo stati separati in una notte. Il servizio è relativamente buono e le piccole cose possono essere risolte. Le strutture sono un po' datate, l'igiene è così così, non ci sono le ciabatte, però conta anche la tipologia di viaggio, soprattutto se si viaggia in autonomia❗️

molto scomodo! È la prima volta che vedo un hotel del genere a Singapore: è disgustoso! L'arredamento è troppo rumoroso alle nove del mattino! non riesco a dormire! Sono andato al piano di sotto e ho detto alla reception che era molto rumoroso! La persona alla reception ha detto che non gli importava! Non chiederglielo, mi arrabbierò e me ne andrò! Ho prenotato una camera per due giorni tramite l'app online. Quindi chiedi allo staff dell'app di effettuare il check-out e ottenere un rimborso. L'atteggiamento verso il servizio dello staff dell'app Ctrip è fantastico! Il problema è stato risolto dopo un'ora! Controllato e ottenuto un rimborso!

The hotel manager let us have our early check in when he saw that we have a toddler with no added fees. He is also very accommodating and easy to talk to and even gave us a map of nearby tourist food & shop destinations plus showed us on how to get to those places. It was really a pleasant stay and we will definitely return and recommend to our friends and families! Good job Hotel 81 Cosy :) Our Singapore trip is one for the books!

A typical budget hotel. Building & room units' condition obviously run-down without any upgrade, improvement nor proper upkeep for ages. Given a room on 4th floor with elevator only going up to level 3 which means staircase to be climbed in order to reach room. Air Conditioning performance is OK. TV channels setting is OK. Cleanliness is NOT OK. Lots of long strain of hairs found on the floor & on the bed, even on the pillow! Dust accumulation at corners of the room. A patch of yellow stain (unknown substances) beside the water tap at bathroom wash basin. Utterly disgusting. Water pressure is pathetic, especially from bathroom wash basin tap. Very poor water pressure. Unacceptable. The only PLUS point is "location": Central & convenient for anyone to move around. There is a Maxwell MRT station (＜5 minutes walking distance) close by. A lot of affordable & tasty good local as well as other cuisine food can be found all around the vicinity (cafes/ restaurants/ coffee shops/ food court). Convenience store 7-Eleven is also located at a stone throw away from the hotel, which is definitely helpful.

Very good location with many local restaurants and bars nearby, suitable for a good evening out and not have to worry about getting a taxi.

It was an amazing three days in Singapore, and many thanks to the staff of this cozy hotel who provided us with the best room. It was our favorite roof with a stunning view of the city. Being in the city center, we did not hear the noise of the city. Very clean around, no one bothers and very close to the metro, for those who came to get acquainted with the city - this is the perfect place!

I had a bad experience with Hotel 81 Cozy on Dec 21 and 22. 2023 I booked 2 nights for a deluxe room with a window.(Paid extra) However, when I arrived the reception gave me a smaller one with no window. I went down and showed her my reservation. She told me the room that I ordered was not ready ( It was almost 6 pm ). After 5 minutes I got a room that I ordered but the air conditioner was not working properly. The next evening, as the room was so warm, I went down and requested a room change, I was changed to a room with no window and smelly. Anyway, my whole stay in Singapore was wonderful minus the unsatisfied experience with Hotel 81 Cozy.
