From the moment we arrived the reception staff were amazing we had a problem with TUI who had cancelled our rooms by mistake but the receptionist was reassuring and sorted it out for us. We were placed in rooms 308 & 309 spotless rooms plenty of hanging space very large bathrooms we were happy with no complaints until we tried to lock the door and couldn’t, went back to reception who sent out maintenance immediately and fixed the problem. After unpacking we went to dinner and found it excelllent the choices were ample something for everyone and the food was cooked to perfection. The waiting staff were first class they made us feel special they were efficient attentive and so comical we looked forward to every meal. A special thank you must go to Gokan and Muretcan who went the extra mile in making our dining experience extra special they were very amusing . Going back to the rooms the daily room service was first class change of towels and bedding spotless and the occasional flowers left in our room a lovely touch. Cleaning ladies a big thank you lovely. I would say it has to be one of the best run hotels we have stayed in, friendly clean lovely gardens plenty of entertainment well done to you all we will definitely be back thank you .
