Nonostante non sia un hotel a 5 stelle, sono piacevolmente sorpreso dalla preparazione dell'hotel in quanto è stato un soggiorno con 3 persone. Di solito dovrei chiamare per gli articoli della terza persona (ad es. Letto, spazzolino da denti, asciugamani, ecc.) Ma quando ho fatto il check-in alle 14:00 in punto, era già ben preparato per noi. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati rapidi e facili. La stanza è pulita, anche se l'aria è polverosa, insieme al dipinto nella stanza. La pressione dell'acqua sotto la doccia è superlativa. Ci è piaciuto. I canali nella stanza sono molto decenti. Triste che non abbia una piscina ma comunque, buona posizione, è proprio accanto al paragon. Anche la colazione era decente, anche se la folla era ovviamente travolgente verso le 9:30.

My parents and I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Orchard in Singapore. The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from Orchard Road, making it easy to access shopping, dining, and entertainment. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and well-equipped, with great amenities like a free breakfast that my parents especially enjoyed. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Overall, it was a great choice for our stay, and my parents were particularly happy with the convenience and comfort. Highly recommended!

The staff was remarkable especially Wang/Mang (sorry i forgot the spelling), Lawrence, night staff, etc. I did not once feel uncomfrotable. They went above and beyond. It was a great experience and im happy to recommend it to all my friends. Great Staff - they all need a bonus for their great customer service! I would love to share photos but my face is mostly in it so i cannot share. but kudos to the team and management.

Staff are very nice. Facilities are good. The room is clean and tidy. It is around 5 mins walk from Somerset station. Overall, it is good for family.

As a frequent guests until recently. Frontliners Pen and Gerald were unprofessional in discharging their duties. We articulated to them that perhaps we should consider being a regular, the staff in question casually said, “Okay!” Staff distracted by usage of personal device whilst on duty. This is unbecoming service which you must agree is unacceptable!
