La prima notte è stata molto spiacevole: tanti piccoli insetti sulle lenzuola, nessun servizio in camera prima del check-in, pulci e ragni di ogni tipo. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera ma la reception ha rifiutato e ha detto che non c'era spazio per cambiarsi e che non c'era il servizio in camera in quel momento.Gli abbiamo chiesto di portare lenzuola nuove e di cambiarle noi stessi. È così divertente, è così salvavita venire in albergo e cambiare le lenzuola e le trapunte da sola. La stanza 🈶️profuma di decorazioni nuove La seconda notte è andata molto meglio, ho cambiato camera e ho ricevuto in regalo un piatto di frutta.

Nice modern hotel, pool area is nice although doesn’t have sun early morning and late evening due to hotel and mountains. Breakfast was nice with usual Asian choices but also eggs / cereal / fruit / pancakes. Slightly out of town but then this is fairly obvious when booking. I wouldn’t say it is walking distance to the centre of Coron. scooter hire, tour options and airport drop off available at reception. Air Con nice and quiet. Beds very comfortable and nice modern bathroom with large shower area. Staff very helpful in organising trips and transport Very happy with our stay. Thank you !

room condition is not bad wifi bad, my room 401 booking service is terrible. If you want to feel thrill, I recommend you. tour agency is also very bad. Don’t use it. I recommend you find tour agency outside.

Very nice hotel, the staff were very good. The breakfast was really good,, the room was spacious and clean. The view from the dining deck was lovely, the pool was very nice. The only issue we had was the lift was it working for the first day or two?

We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy, clean and we had service every day. The receptionist team was very friendly and professional. The breakfast and service was nice and fast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It is a good hotel. Although pricey but the staff were accommodating and kind. We enjoyed our stay here.

Nice and big pool with the bar. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good location in a quiet area. Quick drive to the port for 60 pesos.

We stayed in their deluxe suite for 3 nights, room was very spacious. They gave us the penthouse room which is nice so we had a great view of the mountains. Hotel is new but be mindful that this doesnt have the resort island vibe. Staff told us we were the second guests to stay at the specific room we stayed at which we liked as everything in room was nearly new. Staff were really accommodating, no complain about that. Now for the not so good stuff. - Room gets really hot during the day. Idk if the AC isnt strong enough to cool the whole place. We didn't really bother to complain about it during our stay as we were mostly out during the daytime. At night, its fine it gets cold. - Room had a foul smell. Smelled like a dead rat somewhere. - As Ive said above, we suspect a dead rat as we hear noises at night coming from above. Sounds like animals (rats or cats) chasing each other. It could be startling. - I was really excited about the projector, mini theater set up but got disappointed. Visual was good but sound was really soft, could barely hear it as the sound also comes from the projector. I suggest the management to add a speaker for guests to actually enjoy it. Thats pretty much about it. Overall it was okay. Just expected a bit more as this hotel had a lot of positive reviews.

The front desks team was so nice and super helpful, this also applies to all the staff. The breakfast was pretty good, with multiple choices of food, the only thing is that I personally found that the food wasn’t too warm, not a big deal as it tasted good. The best part is the view from the terrace makes it amazing. The room was clean and big enough for the time we spent in it, basically just for sleeping 🤣. The balcony was also great, we didn’t used it a lot as it was quite warm. I put 4 because they need to fix little things. The price is what you would expect from this area. Overall, this is a great place to stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

Pool water was so dirty when we stayed there sep 28-oct 4 like the water is color green. Our hotel accommodation has free breakfast is says there it’s buffet but on our first day, it was serve ala carte we don’t like the food but the service from the restaurant was fantastic!
