Great stopover destination

Staying here was good with everything you need. Just that when we order room service through application there is some issue our order was repeated thrice. The person with alcohol wipes, got pissed off and question ask why we keep ordering.

Convenient and clean hotel located in Changi Airport. The staff were friendly and room was clean. Recommend staying here if transferring in Singapore!

環境：很好 酒店位置 T3 周圍環境好。 T1,T2移動方便，訪問Jewel參觀也方便。 設施：有一點老 衞生：還可以 服務：不錯 缺點是價格有一點貴。

공항 가까이에 있다는 큰장점이 짐많고 밤비행기 타는 사람들에겐 너무 큰장점이 될 수 있습니다 주변 시설 이용하기 좋고 청결한 편임

位置很方便

連住四天，正好碰上游泳池維修，酒店也不在公告欄提早通知。孩子很喜歡游泳，如果知道不能游泳，就不定了。酒店隔音蠻差的，基本天天能聽到隔壁的聲音，不過位置挺好，去哪裡都挺方便。就是國內的快捷酒店

This place is absolutely amazing, far better and accommodating than a transit lounge.

房間設施有些陳舊，衞生間燈的開關設計不合理，價格略高，唯一的優點就是從酒店二層直接去機場T3 ，適合坐早班機的旅客！

房間小，床不到一米，環境不好，沒有任何服務，根本不值那個價格，而且洗臉池都是堵的水下不去，以後不會再去了！

Very good location for me as I need to transit on a morning flight. Easy to catch MRT, just a step away to get to the city. Room is spacious, neat and tidy. Overall very good experience for me.

以前住過那會印象很好，多年後再來設施老舊了很多，但位置太好，早班機也沒得選，房間面積比較大，早餐一般。

酒店就在機場T3客運大樓裏，非常適合夜裡到達或者很早起飛的旅客，房間中規中矩，略顯陳舊。 樓下的大泳池晚上去遊了遊，但是環境很黑，燈光不足。不過能看到飛機一架一架起飛，也是一種在別的地方感受不到的體驗。 酒店出來要去星耀樟宜還挺方便，走一段連廊就行。去吃飯購物很方便。
