Had a wonderful experience at the Bus collective. Generally clean place, shower and toilet quite huge. Their service was impeccable, they were very responsive and nice. They also gave us a slice of birthday cake and a teddy bear as we had a birthday celebration. Location very near to Changi village hawker and other eateries. My toddler loved the experience of “driving the bus” so much! The breakfast was yummy too!

We have a wonderful stay. More than what we expected. A true, unique, and homely experience. *just a note that if there is a portable table for eating in the room, it would be great. It's easier for the kids, too.* Likes others reviewed, there is ants in the room, so cannot left anything sweet or food around. It is understandable as it is a natural place. So we can understand that. It's a fun and good experience for the kids to stay away from the city and iPad.

Very good experience… quite costly but everything was good. Kids enjoyed and bbq just outside which was very convenient. Complimentary water bottle and coffee maker and the reception are bonuses.

It was a pleasant stay. It’s cozy and comfortable. The amenities were excellent. Almost everything was provided. Didn’t get to use the bathtub though. Caution: the bathroom floor is slippery with bare foot. You may want to wear a pair of slippers in to shower. Overall, it’s great! Thank you!

celebrated my birthday, quite spacious having a table and a small deck makes it easier to hold a mini celebration :))

Interesting concept and really loved how the buses were transformed into rooms 😍 We found a few tiny ants in the room, other than that, the room is really cozy! We also couldn’t find any hairdryer in the room 🥲 Overall, it was an interesting experience for us! ✨

A unique experience with a very different type of hotel stay, near to hawker center so food is not a problem.

Just got back from an excellent stay at The Bus Collective. Truly an experience like no other. The rooms are clean and cleverly furnished. We had lots of fun plane-watching while barbecuing. No worries about the noises from the passing planes because the buses are also sound proof, thanks to this we both had a peaceful sleep :) The staffs here are nice and helpful as well! Thank you for the wonderful experience and we will definitely make a return!

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location was great, this is the one of my most relaxing and comfortable staycation. Staff were friendly and helpful.

One of a kind experience staying in a refurbished single decker bus. Pretty amazing how much can fit into the bus and is still nice and spacious. Bus is clean except we found a half-drunk bottled drink still lying in the mini fridge which room service forgot to clear I guess. It is just a stone's throw away from the Changi Village Hawker Center so no issues with getting food, drinks & stuff, accessible via side gate. It is also a short walk to the Changi Park Beach where we can rent bicycles. A BBQ grill is provided outside every bus which is awesome, even comes equipped with a sink so its really great! BBQ stuff can easily be purchased from Changi Village shops outside, from charcoal, grill mesh & BBQ food. Overall a great experience with the family! We love it!

We stayed at the bus collective for 2D1N. Checkin process was smooth and fast. We checked in on a Sunday afternoon. We stayed at bus number 108. Outside the bus is a small patio, where bbq pit, table, chairs, and your own trash bin are all included. Upon entering the bus, we were amazed by how it was transformed to an accomodation where we have our own small living room area with smart TV, and mini bar. The driver seat is a very good spot for my son to pretend play like a bus driver. He has so much fun. I read a few bad reviews about bed bugs and small ants. I brought my own bed bug spray just in case. For the small ants, we brought ziplock to put the bread and anything we think that will attracts ants, they are really small and easily becomes school of ants once you left even a tiny bit of crumbs. We throw all the rubbish/waste at the trash bin outside and only use the bins inside for dry waste. When it comes to all the bedsheets, blankets, towel, all are clean and no foul smell. We don’t have any bedbug bites after a pleasant sleep. The toilet and shower area are clean too. Toiletries are mostly provided. My husband even likes their shampoo so we bought 1 bottle upon checking out the next day. Hahaha! We did not manage to try the bbq pit, maybe next time we can visit again with friends. The location is nearby the Changi Village Hawker Centre, and Changi Beach Park. It was a beautiful sight seeing the planes passing. You can definitely hear the sound of the planes passing specially at night since the area is very quiet at midnight. We had a lovely experience overall. Definitely will be back again if we want a staycation somewhere in the East. Thank you The Bus Collective. Hope you can maintain this kind of service and cleanliness of the buses in the future.
