Best experience ever. The room,the check in process and facilities are excellent. The staff is also very helpful . My kids loved the slides in the swimming pool. Breakfast is also very good with many food choices. The chef is very welcoming. Will definitely repeat again.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable The breakfast was really scrumptious and had a wide variety of dishes.

There are a lot of activities to keep you and your family keep staying inside the hotel. If you’re still want to go the IOI City Mall, there is shuttle to pick you up. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for me and my family. Great complimentary hi tea session too.

I love the ambience of the hotel, cosy and serene! The rooms is refurbished recently and looks new . My choice whenever I’m in Putrajaya 👍👍

Excellent hospitality- the hotel staff left a good impression even though we stayed for only one night! We arrived early at about 10.30am but were still greeted warmly by the front desk staff. Qistina was all smiles as she assisted to register us. The porter Hisham helpfully offered information about the shuttle service to IOI City Mall since we had time to spare while waiting for our room to be ready. We were pleasantly surprised though when we were told we could check in to our room at 11am. The Palmyra Family Room is huge and we loved the bathtub. The water mixers work really fast so we didn't have to wait long to get hot / warm water. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee (Kopi Kampung) and traditional Kuih. Instead of having it at the courtyard, we requested for both to-go as my husband was tired from the long drive. The staff kindly obliged. The security guards and hotel foyer staff are also attentive and proactive. When we were leaving for dinner, they offered to take us on the hotel buggy to where our car was parked, so that we didn't have to walk all the way there under the slight drizzle. The next day when we were about to leave, they also promptly helped to load our luggage into the car boot. We ended up having dinner at the hotel restaurant as it started raining heavily after we topped up petrol and our son requested to just have dinner at the hotel. The food is delicious and highly recommended! We ordered Fried Seafood Bee Hoon, Satay, Nasi Goreng Kampung and Chicken Sandwich.

Service was good. Rooms were clean. Towels can smell better but overall good.

We enjoyed stay here. The room is big a d clean. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is wonderful. We also like KopiDulu. Will repeat again next time.

My favorite hotel. The room is newly refurbished, clean and big. The food is delicious at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is full of variety and delicious. Will come back again to this hotel.

My second time being here. Recommended to have marriott apps to be marriott member, to get less for breakfast/ lunch and room booking (govt rate). Overall, one of my fav hotel. Worth the price

I was grateful to the management and staff of this hotel because when they cannot give me the 2 twin bed room that I booked, the hotel upgraded us to a suite room with complementary breakfast. That made my stay in the hotel more memorable and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a wide range of choices, unfortunately, I dont have time to try everything because of early commitment.

It will never go wrong with Marriott Bonvoy hotels. Excellent service, excellent rooms, everything look great. Free room upgrade & teatime during my stay. The roti kok & kopi were really delicious. Small problem was the shampoo & lotion not fully filled & use up in my room.

Stayed for 1night & it was an amazing experience! I love the environment so beautiful, room was spacious and the service here was top notch! We even get a complimentary drink & kuih upon check in and they deco our room with some simple birthday decoration cause i did write in the details that this is for "birthday staycation". Thank you Palm Garden Hotel, will definitely coming back!

Best place for staycation. Relaxing, chill environment. All the staffs are friendly and courteous. Amazing experience!
