Area CBD per quanto riguarda la posizione, conosci la folla durante l'ora di pranzo .... meglio da asporto e mangiare ... ho prenotato la suite con balcone, era super spaziosa ma l'aria condizionata non era fredda e non poteva adattarsi perché è centralizzata, la vasca era enorme e può ospitare 2 persone, il balcone è condiviso con altre 2 unità, quindi se sono fuori puoi vederle chiaramente. Il secchiello del ghiaccio era a pagamento dopo il primo secchio molto piccolo (è come se non potessi nemmeno raffreddare il nostro champagne) nessun parcheggio gratuito anche se c'è spazio per 4 auto che ho sentito e il parcheggio è pesante nel CBD meglio parcheggiare in parallelo a boon tat street mi è costato $ 20 da 15:00-13:00 il giorno successivo. No Deco, non è stato fatto nulla quando ho richiesto in anticipo una stanza per un semplice ritocco per un compleanno. Solo un piatto di frutta, tutto qui. Il divano letto puzzava di pipì o di qualsiasi altra macchia ci fosse sopra. Le cosiddette tende automatiche motorizzate non funzionavano nemmeno. Quella stessa notte, il mio fidanzato, la ragazza del compleanno, aveva voglia di cibo tailandese che il ristorante dell'hotel non aveva, quindi ho ordinato cibo da asporto alle 21:00 e il ragazzo delle consegne l'ha lasciato al concierge, ha chiamato la reception, ho chiesto se possono consegnare è salito nella mia stanza mentre ero sotto la doccia, hanno risposto: "scusa se non è il nostro cibo da ristorante non lo consegniamo in camera tua, devi scendere tu stesso" Sono rimasto sconvolto da tale servizio per una SUITE , non è una STANZA NORMALE FYI. Per finire con il loro servizio, alle 11:30 ho avuto una reception che bussava alla mia porta per chiedermi se avrei fatto il check-out alle 12:00. È normale??? Vanno in ogni stanza a bussare??? Come so che devo fare il check-out alle 12:00, sono un bambino. Avendo pagato 600+ per 1 notte. Ho sentito che non era giustificabile per il servizio, l'atteggiamento, il disturbo che ho avuto solo per quel soggiorno di 1 notte di una celebrazione non così felice che volevo avere da solo con il mio fidanzato. L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione per poter vedere la maggior parte delle attrazioni di Singapore. Il personale dell'hotel era molto cordiale, accogliente e ben informato in qualsiasi momento. Tutto intorno un fantastico weekend.

Non so da dove iniziare, il servizio proviene da un'altra dimensione. L'hotel a 5 stelle è incredibilmente sopravvalutato. Il personale non sa contare quando paghi in contanti e ti chiama all'una di notte per tornare in reception e verificare la differenza con quanto hai prelevato. Devi ricordare 2 volte tutto per farlo. E quando ordini un taxi in 5 minuti il tempo di mettere le tue cose nella stanza, viene chiamato direttamente e la reception fa aspettare il taxi dicendo letteralmente " stai facendo cadere qualcosa nel water ". Per niente professionale. Avrei dovuto partire il giorno dell'arrivo quando un altro cliente era furioso nella hall.

Non c'è affatto la vasca da bagno, ma perché metti una foto della vasca da bagno nella stanza confortevole su Ctrip per fuorviare. Ho prenotato la stanza solo per la vasca da bagno. . . mi sento preso in giro -_-...

L'albergo è rotto

Amazing hotel with historical appearance in very good downtown location. Walking distance to the Pier of Lion and Grand Hotel & ****** la Sands, Hotel is only 6 story with dated renovation. The room is comfortable and clean,The swimming pool has good view of CBD. Walking distance to everywhere in CBD and those restaurants by the river but those restaurants are expensive and offers invaluable food for tourists ( not recommended) I highly recommend to those who like to eat Singaporean food we called outdoor delicacy night life to choose this hotel. the Satay Street delicacy center which is opposite to the hotel, opening to the mid night every day with variety of nice food you can taste, especially at night… beers,food and BBQ in outdoor area make it a good picture! it is really a nice place ..The sea food ( Black Pepper Mud crab is a must taste in Singapore)price is about half price than the tourist riverside area. Nice hotel, nice location,nice food around.. Will stay there again.

Great location, closed to the food market. Amazing pool with view. Rooms good equipped but a bit small, better to check better is the room type suits for extra bed. Breakfast was good enough with a choice of western/chinese/Indian food.

The location, personnel and amenities were lovely. I had the 'no window' room and it was extremely humid, as the AC was not drying the air sufficiently.

Nice, cosy room. Suitable for any occasion. Lau Pa Sat is right in front of the hotel and there's a convenient store on the first floor. The rooftop bar is great too.

Very minimal service provided and interaction for a “small luxury hotel of the world” compared to those I have been to. Overall it was a good stay. Cozy Room is small but well equipped. Old duvet and its cover has patches of red colour stains. The quality of the bedding and linens can be better.

Great location right next to Lau Pa Sat and business area. The building itself is a historical building. Staff and service are great. But the bathtub / water pipe isn’t in the best condition. The water leak through the wall to the bedroom area sometimes. But still manageable though. The other down side is that the lighting is a bit too dark for the bedroom area. Also if you’re looking for fancy breakfast with loads of option, this might not be your type of place. Breakfast is so so here. In general it’s a good place to stay!

Terrible service, blamed us for their failure. Room missing a sofa and didn't rectify, without us making a fuss. Room was old with stained marble, don't let the room pictures fool you, the room is very narrow and there is a corridor that extends 1/2 the length of the room, wasted space. The only positive thing I can say is it's in the CBD so its convenient but I suspect that there are many nearby hotels that will fit that bill. Last but not least, it was pretty expensive, especially for what we got won't recommend to anyone.

I actually had a horrible experience at this establishment. The manager who I attempted to contact about my issues was rude, unprofessional, and should definitely not be managing that property. I will say that the food was excellent at the restaurant, especially the duck coffee and almost everything I had there was outstanding as long as there wasn’t any MSG in it. The door refused to lock which actually bothered me a lot because I’m a little insecure about room safety and but after double checking it numerous times I finally got it to close properly. The remote to the television didn’t work properly and I called down about it, but even the technician who came up to check it said it was a faulty unit at the receptionist, I believe her name was Anastaysia was quite rude on multiple occasions, and I found myself having a bite, my tongue and refrain from complaining. I would never go back to this restaurant I mean to this hotel. Take your chances if you want to, it does not deserve to be in the Hyatt property umbrella. It’s an inferior property. And Gary Chan the manager was ineffective, he lacked any kind of diplomacy and he had foul breath, too. So it was a gruesome experience bringing the hotels faults to his attention
