Hotel in zona City Green, Singapore

This review is based on my 5 Nights staying there with my pregnant wife. I book thru Tiket.com app and was advertise as 4 star hotel (which I don't think they deserve to be called 4 star hotel, instead it's more suitable to be called a boarding house / kos-kosan). When booking, i mentioned in advance with special request ”Clean and well maintained rooms, pregnant women in room”. However, I was given a room number 313 which was located in the end of the alley and no Window with direct sunlight on it. It feels really moist for us, and the room is quite dusty, especially below the bed. I asked to change room, and the lady staff check and said to the other staff quietly whether can give the room for me or not, and the other staff shake her head and said to me directly that it's a full capacity hotel. I told them I don't mind to pay extra money for upgrade but they tell me they don't have any room left. Which I don't think so. I don't want to debate because I just had an 8 hour flight and just accept it. I also do have my reason why this place is more suitable to be called ”Premium Boarding House” instead of 4 Star hotel Other than they ignored my advance special request, They DO NOT PROVIDE ROOM CLEANING AT ALL. Bed sheet will be change after 4 Days, Towel can be changed daily but YOU HAVE TO ASKED EVERYDAY DIRECTLY TO THE FRONT DESK to change it. I do request to change my towel for 4 days to the front desk and throw the garbage. They do give me towel 4 times, but only throw my garbage 2 times. Also on the 4th day I asked to refill the body wash in the room, but they did not. Furthermore, there are groups of family with children, and they do make noise at 12.30am (some giggling, some crying). The walls between are really thin, so you will felt disturbed when someone shouting in alley or even talking. There's no phone in room to call the front desk, and if it was, there's no one on the front desk cause they only open until 10pm. There's no facility and amenities in room except a dirty kettle and 2 piece of toothbrush. This place also have it's positive side. It's near Farrer Park MRT station and a mall just opposite the building. Also the interior seems new. Hopefully this review can help you decide which place you will stay. I suggest to compare with other hotels before you book. I was expecting too much because I look the 4 star during the booking and expect at least minimum 4 star hospitality on the stay which has cause me discomfort. PS: don't accept room 313 - no clear window

Durante il Festival di Primavera, Singapore ha esentato la Cina dai visti e ho portato tutta la mia famiglia a Singapore per le vacanze. Inizialmente avevo incluso questo hotel nella mia selezione in base al rapporto costo-efficacia, ma alla fine ho prenotato un altro hotel perché non c'era scelta nella zona di Piccola India. Dopo essere arrivato a Singapore, ho preso il treno elettrico e ho scoperto che l'hotel si trova proprio all'ingresso della stazione della metropolitana, e l'area circostante è molto prospera. È molto comodo viaggiare. Dopo aver visitato la hall dell'hotel, ero ancora di più convinto. Nei restanti due giorni non abbiamo esitato a scegliere questo hotel Dopo il check-in siamo rimasti inaspettatamente soddisfatti dello spazio delle camere, della sanificazione ambientale, dei servizi del personale e degli altri software e hardware, soprattutto della ricca colazione, che ci ha reso ancora più soddisfatti. Mi pento dell'hotel che ho scelto qualche giorno fa, non ho paura di non conoscere la merce, ma ho paura dello shopping comparativo! Sono un cliente Ctrip Golden Diamond e vorrei consigliare questo hotel a tutti con cinque stelle!

Great location, beautiful surrounding a**osphere, great staff. friendly and helpful receptionist i forgot her name,an indian woman she’s very nice, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional except for they do charged $10 for two sets of tableware (plate,spoon,forks and bowl)glass not included😂😂..but other than that everything was great..It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service . Great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Prima di tutto, la stanza era molto piccola. Mi è stata assegnata una stanza dalla forma irregolare con un letto tatami. La stanza aveva pochissima area mobile. Sembrava molto affollata per due persone. È ancora un po’ diverso da quello che vedi nella foto. Almeno dovrebbe essere sistemato con un letto. Il tatami è quasi come una cuccetta sul pavimento! In secondo luogo, l'igiene e il servizio nella camera d'albergo devono essere migliorati Il primo giorno in cui ho fatto il check-in nel cuore della notte, non appena sono entrato nella stanza, sono rimasto scioccato dal fatto che era troppo piccola e c'erano piccoli neri. insetti che strisciano per terra. Il giorno dopo, quando sono andato in hotel per pulire la stanza, non ho sostituito in tempo lo spazzolino usa e getta (soprattutto perché il dentifricio era sufficiente per un solo utilizzo). La reception ha detto che per un soggiorno di 5 notti è necessario solo uno spazzolino da denti! Sono rimasto scioccato per la terza volta! Successivamente, forse a causa del problema, ho cambiato ogni giorno lo spazzolino e il dentifricio, e ho cambiato anche l'acqua da bere! C'è anche un problema con il sistema di scarico della doccia. Finché la doccia è aperta, chiunque può allagarsi nella stanza! Terzo, come posso dire che l'hotel è vicino, appartiene alla città vecchia e il trasporto è conveniente! Tuttavia, ci sono soprattutto indiani nelle vicinanze. C'è un centro commerciale a Farrer Park dove puoi mangiare e prendere la metropolitana, ma è troppo rumoroso! Che sia di giorno o nel cuore della notte, il rumore delle moto è davvero insopportabile! Se non sei un fan del curry, il mio consiglio amichevole è di non scegliere questo posto. Prenotato una camera loft per famiglie Il personale dell'hotel, compresi i reparti della reception, della piscina, delle pulizie e dei servizi, è cordiale e cortese, con sorrisi e una buona attitudine al servizio. Quando sono andato in piscina, ho dimenticato il cellulare, fortunatamente un membro del personale lo ha consegnato alla reception. La stanza è più grande del previsto e c'è molto spazio per il letto supplementare gratuito. Il bagno con doccia è abbastanza grande da consentire a due adulti di fare la doccia insieme. Il servizio in camera è richiesto tutti i giorni. Oltre al cambio degli asciugamani lasciati, verrà rifornito lo snack bar. La piscina sul tetto ha letti galleggianti e bolle, il che sembra premuroso. Aree di miglioramento: l'altezza del soffione nella doccia non può essere regolata e non è abbastanza alta per gli adulti. La pulizia generale potrebbe essere migliore in quanto alcuni angoli erano polverosi. Si consiglia di non aggiungere moquette perché è polverosa e difficile da pulire. La moquette nella camera dell'hotel è ovviamente sporca e alcuni bambini non vogliono proprio toccarla.

i booked an urban suite to celebrate my fiancé's birthday, and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves to the max. the hotel system was down when we were checking in, but our front desk staff, Rosy, explained the situation to us, gave us a beverages voucher to enjoy a drink each while we waited for our key cards at the lounge, and even personally came over to hand us the cards once the room was ready. shortly after we checked in, a staff member from the collection club lounge dropped by the room and gave my fiancé a mini cake, a box of chocolates, and a birthday card. we went to the collection club lounge for evening cocktails and were surprised with a bread pudding platter with a lighted candle to celebrate my fiancé's birthday and managed to catch the ndp rehearsal's fireworks show. overall, the interactions we had with the staff members were exceptional, and we felt very welcomed and taken care of, everywhere we went. the urban suite room was very clean and spacious, and we had a wonderful view of the cbd area. having stayed in many hotels in singapore, this is by far the best room and experience ive had.

La stanza è pulita e ha una cameriera che viene a pulire ogni giorno. La posizione dell'hotel è nel cuore della città, buona, comoda per viaggiare. Vicino a molte attrazioni turistiche Accanto al fiume, c'è un 7-11 nelle vicinanze, è facile trovare cibo, aria condizionata fresca, ma la dimensione della stanza è un po' piccola. Ma dormi la mattina e vai a visitare la città. C'è uno scaldabagno caldo per il comfort. Ma nel bagno ci dovrebbe essere un po' più di bidet, il che sarebbe fantastico. Nel bagno ci sono spazzolini da denti, sapone e asciugamani. Vengono forniti caffè e tè, una borsa dell'acqua calda e un frigorifero, ma non c'è acqua potabile .

Che albergo fantastico. Su Orchard Road, vicino a centri commerciali e ristoranti. Il servizio del personale dell'hotel è stato impeccabile 👌 e sono così gentili e disponibili. Le camere sono piccole ma pulite con una splendida vista sulla città. Hanno tutti i comfort di cui avrai bisogno per un soggiorno confortevole. Ho trascorso un soggiorno fantastico. Consiglierò sicuramente questo hotel ad amici e parenti.
