Hotel vicini a Block 375 HDB Clementi a Singapore

Love it! Only few things that me and my partner don’t really like - shower takes a while to get hot - aircon somehow is still freezing even though we turn it off - TV isn’t a smart TV - downstairs restaurant isn’t very clean when we were there (Cali) Everything else is pretty good! - service is great, Recep is really kind and sweet - room was really cozy - bed was so comfy - room is big enough for us!

La stanza era piccola, le valigie potevano essere sistemate alla porta solo dopo aver posato un letto, ma il bagno non era affollato e non c'era nessun problema a vivere da soli per un giorno o due. Molto tempo da NUS, ci sono 7-11 e ristoranti al piano di sotto, mangiare è più conveniente, la stanza si trova sulla piccola strada, relativamente tranquilla, servizio cinese.

Grazie a Firdaus, Mariam e Zuraidah (non sono sicuro di aver capito bene il nome) per aver reso il mio viaggio di lavoro di una settimana molto piacevole. Sono le persone più simpatiche alla reception che ho incontrato e si assicurano che la mia richiesta venga soddisfatta. Grazie Firdaus per avermi organizzato una stanza migliore per la mia necessità di preghiera al momento del check-in. Il tuo aiuto è molto apprezzato da me e da mio marito. Grazie mille ancora una volta a tutti. L'ibis dovrebbe essere fortunato ad avere voi persone che servono i clienti con tutti i pensieri utili.

Grande hotel se si va a Universal Studio, offrendo un servizio di navetta di ritorno gratuita. E 'ancora circa 30 minuti di auto. L'hotel è piuttosto minimalista- molto piccolo, comodo letto, TV e ha una piscina. Mi piaceva la macchina del ghiaccio/acqua invece che l’acqua in bottiglia e hanno fornito 2 carafe per riempire l’acqua/ice con. Il personale era grande. Ci erano 2 ristoranti, ma non li ho usati. Ci erano stazioni di metro/bus lungo la strada con punti di cammino entro 10 minuti. C’era anche un mercato stradale vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, non si era certo se si aprisse ogni notte. Il mio unico grippo, ho girato il segno di Non disturbare, ma sono ancora interrotto da Housekeeing. Forse l'hotel potrebbe offrire l'opzione di avere il servizio in camera il secondo giorno.

La camera era pulita e confortevole, con una splendida vista sulla città. Il personale della reception era cordiale ed efficiente e il personale delle pulizie ha fatto un ottimo lavoro. Nel complesso, consiglierei questo hotel per il suo ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e il servizio eccellente. ”Sfortunatamente, l'esperienza della colazione è stata deludente. Le opzioni erano limitate e il cibo non sembrava fresco. Il personale sembrava sopraffatto e il servizio era lento e distratto. Aspettavo molto tempo prima che un piatto venisse sparecchiato. Mi aspettavo un'esperienza migliore per la colazione Un miglioramento in quest'area farebbe una grande differenza per i futuri ospiti.”

I find this property very difficult to rate we had high expectations. I guess we looked at the room rates and we just figured there would be a lot more to offer the property is very minimalistic. Can’t say much about the staff because the hotel is so new but they definitely need more experienced management for sure, I’m a Titanium Elite member so I did get an upgrade to their basic suite. The rooms and the property has no sound insulation so you can hear everything in the hall everything in the rooms next-door to you for that reason alone I would not return. I was told if I wanted further upgrade I could use my suite Night awards they have a promo going on But then was told after ,we don’t control that Marriott controls that which I know they do but it did say it was available but what they had done after me requesting about 10 times for the upgrade instead of honoring what they said they gave it to someone else two hours prior to check and bragged about it see below I did ask the management what I did wrong Anything? Or what do I have to do next time? But like I said the management is very new and inexperienced so I didn’t get much benefit of asking that question I think it’s an overpriced property in my opinion they won’t survive not at the rates I see some rates entry-level thousand dollars $1200 depending on the dates, no way in a million years is this property command those kind of dollars we come to Singapore 3-4 times a year we stay around 80 nights I won’t be visiting this property again anytime soon. as well Not crazy about the location and if it rains you’re at luck we didn’t try the restaurant there wasn’t much on the menu Have a look at it so I can’t comment on that, no buffet breakfast included no lounge just don’t see the value at all, but if you want your milk because they don’t leave milk in the room for your coffee, I suggest you order it an hour in advance. Check out is 12:00 to me a 2 star or 3 star has 12:00 check out.the spa is basic very small only few people can fit in jacuzzi, maybe three in the Steam and the bathroom utensils or something you would see again in the two or three star hotel again very disappointing.PS before you go to bed check that they’ve left coffee or sugar in your room so that way when you get up in the morning and you find there’s nothing there you won’t have to wait an hour to get it. It’s hard to believe they don’t even leave milk in the room. You have to call up for it every morning.

Il hotel era di gran lunga nuovo, quindi non c'era nulla da commentare sulle strutture, le strutture e la qualità della camera. Il giardino aveva accesso al giardino aperto sul balcone. È stato bello, ma anche privacy. Chiunque abbia accesso al giardino potrebbe letteralmente guardare nella stanza se le tende non fossero state disegnate. Non aiuta che l’hotel abbia solo una tenda notturna. Un giorno di cortina potrebbe aiutare a fornire una certa privacy mentre mantengono un po' di luce solare. Mi piace anche la stanza con più porti USB per il caricamento di dispositivi. Il carico senza fili era molto freddo e si manteneva in linea con la tendenza IT. Carpark non era gratuito perché non erano il proprietario dell'intero edificio. Un soggiorno overnight era circa S$50, che è come il 20% del costo della stanza. Offerendo alcuni sconti o coupon Carpark potrebbe aiutare a rinviare il costo. Per quanto riguarda le strutture circostanti, non c'era molto se si fosse un turista. La zona era circondata da industrie tecnologiche, la stazione ferroviaria era circa 5-7 min. camminare. Tuttavia, c'è un bel Starbucks accanto all'hotel.

Il cameriere del fronte è molto bello e facile da parlare. Io sono rimasto lì dal 16 giugno al 19 giugno. La mia camera è inizialmente solo una stanza regolare, ma l'hanno aggiornata in una camera deluxe con vista sulla finestra, grande letto e soggiorno, poiché la camera im originalmente prenota avrebbe avuto una rigenerazione. Grazie per il trasferimento tranquillo. Lo consiglio all'hotel! :)

There is minimal staff on site and no F&B options available as yet. Staff recommends going to nearby (10mins sheltered walkway) train station (Kent Ridge) for food or drink. We visited over ***** New Year holidays and luckily food court at nearby NUH hospital was open. Overall the facilities pool and gym are very well kept. There is a work space cum dining tables indoors and also outdoors poolside which you can use to dine in your BYO food. Very thoughtful of hotel to setup induction stove, microwave and hotel water dispenser at lobby area for food warming. There’s even a BBQ PIT and sink next to pool but unsure how to register to use. Have suggested to hotel to setup some vending machines until their F&B outlet is operational. Don’t think it’ll happen too soon as renovations still ongoing for food outlet. Will definitely return for R&R again. But need to BYO drinks, snacks or food! Or just order Grab delivery!

La stanza è spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Abbiamo una camera con bella vista sulla piscina e gli edifici intorno. Il servizio è buono e le strutture sono ben fornite. C'è una nuova stazione di guancia intorno all'hotel, quindi è molto conveniente andare intorno. Rimarrà in futuro.
