Inizialmente avevo prenotato una camera, ma in passato ho chiesto un nuovo pagamento. Non ho riconosciuto la prenotazione di Ctrip. L'hotel mi ha detto che il prezzo era di 10 dollari in meno rispetto al prezzo di Ctrip, solo 43 dollari, ma erano già circa le 9:40 di sera. Il posto dove vivere, solo per ripassare la carta in base alla richiesta della reception. Successivamente, ho contattato Ctrip e comunicato molte volte. Dopo aver aspettato il giorno successivo, ho finalmente ricevuto un avviso quando ho fatto il check-out senza ripetere il pagamento, ma mi ha comunque mostrato che il prezzo di Ctrip è diverso da quello che mi è stato dato Price, mi sento troppo senza parole

Il check-in mi è stato detto che non c'era acqua calda: in attesa di una parte per le riparazioni. Mi hanno permesso di fare il check-in nel loro hotel gemello dall'altra parte della strada senza costi aggiuntivi, anche se la mia prenotazione era prepagata e tecnicamente non consentiva rimborsi o modifiche.. Ovviamente ero entusiasta di avere acqua calda, pulita e tranquilla per la notte! Ottimo anche l'atteggiamento del servizio clienti in entrambi i posti!

Ho goduto la selezione del colazione con i prodotti caldi e freddi e cremaci aromatizzati per il caffè (non dovevo andare a comprare un caffè da $5 da qualche parte). Le camere sono un po 'piccole per 4 persone con la porta principale e la porta bagno che si sbattevano l'uno in l'altro se entrambi si aprivano allo stesso tempo. Bella decorazione della camera e dell'hotel. Nessuna piscina solo tubo caldo. Buono valore per il denaro. Rimarrei.
