Checked in at 10pm, the concierge was not able to communicate with us well due to the language barriers. Ended up calling a friend who was a native speaker to communicate with the hotel staff. Check in took 1 hour due to this. Trip booking reference was not registered in their system as it was through a 3rd party. Only the name of the booking party was in their system. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, and maintained. The breakfast spread is good.

Transit from Laos to China but need to stay one night at Boten. The hotel is excellent and provide transportation to border.

Firstly, easy commute from and to the China-Lao Railway Station. In addition, there is free shuttle service to the Boten Checkpoint. Wonderful spread of breakfast. For the 3 days we were there, each day we were offered with different varieties.

Perfect facilities, good price, nice location, kind sfaffs. Couldn't be better! Recommend to everyone

The hotel is awesome, so beautiful and clean. The rooms are really cozy. The staff is amazing, so caring, lovely and helpful.

Good location, clean, lots of amenities around the corner and walking distance to the Chinese border. Good spread for breakfast too.

出差到磨丁，住了當地據説最好的酒店，慧蘭酒店前台服務員老撾人都會中文，交流沒有問題，非常熱情幫忙辦理電話卡。關口20/30的電話卡，這些不到10元就辦理好了。非常超值。另外慧蘭酒店房間也很乾凈衞生，雖然略顯有些過時，但是在老撾已經很不錯啦。早餐品種也非常豐富，總之下次來還是會選擇慧蘭酒店

説好的小禮物，最終告訴我酒店太忙了，衹有我下次過去再補，我笑了。看看客服評論估計得把牙齒笑掉……客服回覆“我落實一下”，最終落實了一句“不好意思”。哈哈哈笑死。

環境很不錯，地理位置也靠近關口，服務周到，整體收拾的也很乾凈，算是性價比非常高的酒店
