Hotel in zona ភូមិឋានរុក្ខជាតិ-Village Plant, Siem Reap

Booked this hotel only for two nights 6-8 Jan. My past experience during my earlier travels in some cases was bad in the sense the hotel description and photographs were not factual. I reached the Angkor land Urban Botuque on 6 Jan afternoon to check in. First look at the Hotel building told me I have made the right choice. The most happening place in Siem Reap the Pub Street was about a km away. The hotel surrounding were very clean with a wide road in front and a big parking space in front. As soon as I entered the huge lobby with teak wood interiors I was greeted by the the hotel staff team. Check in took just a couple of minutes. Meanwhile the Manager of the hotel Mr. Eng Sona came and met me too which was a nice feeling. He said he is giving me a very good room on the fourth floor and if I did not mind he would shift me to a still better room the very next day which was then occupied. The room was very big and very comfortable. Had all the amenities. The next day the Manager showed me the other room on the third floor. I agreed to shift. This room too was large, the bathroom had a bath tub and in addition a separate glass bath enclosure too. It had a balcony too overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was excellent. Breakfast menu was also very good. The hotel arranged my tours too. Tuk Tuk and the motorcycle buggy called the Remork was always available just outside the hotel.. After this most wonderful experience in the first two days I extended my stay further for the remaining days too from 8- 11 Jan 24. The Manager Mr.Sona met me regularly to enquire if I was comfortable and whether I needed anything. His team of young boys and girls too were very responsive and greeted the guests everytime. I did not find any flaw or anything to complain about during my entire stay. I had the the most memorable experience in Angkor Land Urban Boutique thanks to Mr. Sona the Manager and his team.

The hotel is in excellent shape. The air conditioning is very strong. The rooms are very clean. The hotel's location is near everything. What I'd really like to tell you is that the food is very good and the staff delivers excellent customer service. The breakfast menu includes a soup station, omelets from an egg station, local tastes, lots of fresh fruit, and bread you will love. The hotel restaurant features a ”Happy Hour” and very good pizza and cheeseburgers. Oh, and take it from someone with a great deal of experience with hotels-the staff is very young but they are smart, very enthusiastic, and they deliver outstanding customer service. They speak English very well. It starts at the front desk. They are really on the ball. They can answer any questions about the local town. The concierge staff also does an excellent job. It doesn't stop there. The housekeepers work very hard and show pride in their work as do all of the food service staff. You'll love this hotel. It's the service that makes the difference.

Questo hotel è a 5 stelle nel centro di Siem Reap. È di lusso ma non pretenzioso. Anche se la camera classica è la loro camera ”starter”, era bella. Eravamo due adulti e un bambino. Due sedie a braccio con riposo a piedi rendevano il nostro soggiorno più comodo. Il personale era molto amichevole, utile e rispondente. Il colazione per due giorni era un menu fisso, poi un buffet. Molte opzioni occidentali e asiatiche. Anche il bacon reale. La posizione è centrale e sono tuk tuks aspettando fuori tutto il tempo.. Tutto è entro un giro da $1 a $2 tuk tuk. Lasceremo all'hotel organizzare le nostre tour del tempio tuk tuk alle nostre specifiche. Il conducente era un bravo ragazzo, e fornì acqua e asciugamani di ghiaccio Il loro prezzo era lo stesso di altri due conducenti di tuk tuk che ho scritto. Hanno anche organizzato taxi aeroportuali (non gratis). Abbiamo concordato che questa è la migliore esperienza hoteliera che abbiamo avuto in Asia. E' questo che ci rivolgeremo anche a noi, che spesso non facciamo.Per la qualità, le tariffe sono estremamente buone

From the moment i step into the elegant lobby, ive been greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The hotel's luxurious accommodations boast modern amenities and comfortable furnishings, ensuring a restful stay after exploring the nearby Angkor temples. One of the highlights of the hotel is its lush tropical garden and inviting swimming pool, perfect for unwinding under the Cambodian sun. The on-site restaurants serve up a delectable array of Khmer and international cuisine, satisfying even the most discerning palates. Another thing is its proximity to nearby establishments like j7 angkor, made in cambodia market and the pub, plus convenience store/local supermarket and ATM are just walking distance from the hotel.

Amo questo hotel così tanto. La piscina era meravigliosa per rilassarsi e rilassarsi e bere. La ricezione mi ha reso grande il soggiorno e ci ha aiutato a organizzare il miglior tour del villaggio Floating. Il letto era comodo e la bagno era pulita. Buona camera con acqua fredda. Possiamo prenotare il biglietto per l'autobus anche in Cambogia. Siamo grati e non possiamo aspettare di raccomandare questo hotel.

La posizione è al centro di Siem Reap di fronte al fiume. Le stanze sono nuove e in linea con gli altri Ibis Styles. La colazione è nella media. La piscina a sfioro, non grandissima, è un punto di forza. La cosa migliore è il servizio e l'attenzione al cliente da parte del personale. Viroth’s è un ottimo hotel per soggiornare. L’hotel ha fornito un modo di prendere dall’aeroporto utilizzando uno dei loro auto vintage Rolls Royce / Mercedes. Il personale dell’hotel è stato molto amichevole e ci ha permesso di controllare in anticipo. Ci è sempre stata prestata piena attenzione durante il colazione o quando dobbiamo lasciare l'hotel, ad esempio aiutare a organizzare il trasporto e mantenere la chiave della nostra stanza. Quando dobbiamo lasciare l'hotel prima delle 5 per un po' di giro di sole Angkor, l'hotel ha preparato colazione confezionata per noi a mangiare in viaggio. Viroth’s is clean and within 10-15 min walking distance from the old market where you can buy a lot of souvenirs to bring home :)

Molto amichevole e utile personale. Un bel po 'di nascosto dalla città occupata. Vicino a tutto. Anche il colazione era buona. Facile a noleggiare bicicletta e scooter e hanno aiutato a prenotare l'autobus per il nostro prossimo fermo in Cambogia. Le camere sono grandi, ma il letto era duro. La piscina era anche bella e la zona circostante era bella.

First and foremost, I would like to highlight the outstanding level of service that your staff exhibited throughout my stay. The entire team at The Sarai, especially Rose, David, and Anna, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a delightful experience. Their dedication and willingness to assist me were truly commendable. I must add that all the other staff members were equally helpful and contributed to making my stay exceptional. Apart from the exceptional service, I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. I am grateful for the outstanding hospitality and will not hesitate to recommend The Sarai to anyone visiting Siem Reap. Thank you once again for providing me with a remarkable experience.

We stayed in a deluxe room for 4 nights - it started to feel like home. The room was a good size and clean. Just outside was the gorgeous pool. The grounds of this hotel are a leafy tropical garden. The location of the hotel is OK but it is perhaps 2kms to the tourist district - quite walkable but in the heat we took a tuk tuk to Pub Street which the hotel organised. There is a restaurant in the hotel with quite good food but obviously not the same atmosphere as the tourist district. There is a convenience store right next door and an ATM just down the street. The WiFi was OK but a bit patchy - sometimes we had to go to the bar to get a strong signal. Overall, a good experience.
