Hotel in zona Prasat Krae Preah, Siem Reap

This hotel is a charming boutique hotel where you will feel relaxing and tranquil. The staffs esp Me Sna . Nita . Mey Seyh are so lovely especially Sna. Lovely person. Love the surroundings which are tucked within the local community. Although restaurants are not available, you can find food around the area as Siem Reap is not a big town.

Sono andato a SR per visita e lavoro , è stato soggiorno in questo hotel 3 notti, camera è bella con pulito , prezzo accettabile con piano regalo e buon WiFi , ero molto turbato con i servizi, non c'è un servizio standard, solo un po' di caso, ma hanno cercato di mentire , Il caso Non possiamo accedere alla TV I. La stanza che hanno cercato di lieci da quando ho controllato fino a quando ho solo controllato di dire che ci sono problemi con TV Cable 😅 In primo luogo mi hanno detto che hanno comprato la scatola TV intelligente arrivato hotel poi TV remoto non accessibile! Infine, è circa TV cable company look like they think we are local guest not much money to pay therefore no solution like change from another room to our room , just set up a wedding moon a bit expensive $ 7 charged . Ma il personale di turno notturno è buono e gentile

Booked this hotel only for two nights 6-8 Jan. My past experience during my earlier travels in some cases was bad in the sense the hotel description and photographs were not factual. I reached the Angkor land Urban Botuque on 6 Jan afternoon to check in. First look at the Hotel building told me I have made the right choice. The most happening place in Siem Reap the Pub Street was about a km away. The hotel surrounding were very clean with a wide road in front and a big parking space in front. As soon as I entered the huge lobby with teak wood interiors I was greeted by the the hotel staff team. Check in took just a couple of minutes. Meanwhile the Manager of the hotel Mr. Eng Sona came and met me too which was a nice feeling. He said he is giving me a very good room on the fourth floor and if I did not mind he would shift me to a still better room the very next day which was then occupied. The room was very big and very comfortable. Had all the amenities. The next day the Manager showed me the other room on the third floor. I agreed to shift. This room too was large, the bathroom had a bath tub and in addition a separate glass bath enclosure too. It had a balcony too overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was excellent. Breakfast menu was also very good. The hotel arranged my tours too. Tuk Tuk and the motorcycle buggy called the Remork was always available just outside the hotel.. After this most wonderful experience in the first two days I extended my stay further for the remaining days too from 8- 11 Jan 24. The Manager Mr.Sona met me regularly to enquire if I was comfortable and whether I needed anything. His team of young boys and girls too were very responsive and greeted the guests everytime. I did not find any flaw or anything to complain about during my entire stay. I had the the most memorable experience in Angkor Land Urban Boutique thanks to Mr. Sona the Manager and his team.

We been there last week. We got the room exactly on the ground floor because this is the last room available on that day. We had an early flight so we arrived the hotel early. First, we thought we only drop our luggage first at the hotel and then we started our tour. We asked the receptionist who on duty in the morning, it would be good if we can check in early ? But if not possible, it’s also ok. She said we can check in early no problem and we don’t have to pay for the early check in. We were really happy. She’s very kind and warm welcome to us. The room is large so we have enough space. The aircon is cooling enough for us too. But we have only one toilet roll in the room. The room is smelling good , nothing disturbing us. But we got a noise from outside in the morning. We would like to sleep in in the morning but the conversation from the people outside the room was loud and we got a free wake up service. I think the room no soundproof. When we booked we saw we get breakfast included the booking. We stayed there two nights and never get a breakfast. First day check in , we asked the receptionist man who had duty at night time on Saturday night, he said no we don’t have breakfast including but after we showed him the booking we had by email , he said yes we have and the breakfast will start at this time to this time. The next day, we asked for the breakfast, the reception man ( a new face again) , he said sorry the chef is not coming today so we don’t have breakfast. He’s friendly and polite but can’t the hotel find any solutions? Just lets the staff say apologise to every client like that ? If we don’t get food , no matter they can offer us something like coffee or juice besides nothing to offer only apologies. The next second day, also the same we didn’t any breakfast. The hotel location is good, not far from the pub street and above 18mn by motorcycle to the temple. The room: big enough, clean enough, but the pillow case were old . So better replace a new one . Soundproof: not good, you can hear everything from outside when the people talk or the housekeeping cleaning outside. But only in the morning or early morning. The staff: they are friendly, welcome, polite, helpful and always smile. Only big complaints for me about the breakfast. If in the booking say including should be included. If the chef can’t come , ask for the another chef or provide something else instead of nothing.

My first time in Cambodia so I was truly unsure about the quality of the accommodation, but honestly I think the quality of the service and smile is the one of the best I ever experienced. All staff at hotel Koulen central were absolutely fantastic and made enormous efforts to make our stay enjoyable. They even surprised with a cake for my birthday. The rooms are big with very modern and beautiful design. Had fantastic sleep as well. They even pack our breakfast when we were going for the Angkor wat tour at 4:20AM. Especially I would love to thank you Ly Chneang and Ching Ching for making sure we have everything we need during our stay.

L'Hotel Viroth è davvero uno dei migliori hotel che abbia mai soggiornato. Il servizio era meraviglioso, con pochi tocchi pensanti come fornire me mosquito ribelle prima di andare a piedi la sera. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro commerciale e di cena, ma è su una strada tranquilla e tranquilla. The entire team at The Sarai, especially Rose, David, and Anna, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a delightful experience. Their dedication and willingness to assist me were truly commendable. I must add that all the other staff members were equally helpful and contributed to making my stay exceptional. Apart from the exceptional service, I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. I am grateful for the outstanding hospitality and will not hesitate to recommend The Sarai to anyone visiting Siem Reap. Thank you once again for providing me with a remarkable experience.

Il nostro recente soggiorno al Boutique Indochine è stato a dir poco sorprendente. Fin dall'inizio, siamo stati accolti con calore e ospitalità che hanno dato il tono all'intera visita. Le camere non erano solo accoglienti ma anche progettate con cura. Ciò che veramente risalta è stato il servizio impeccabile fornito dal personale. Hanno fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno memorabile. La colazione era varia e deliziosa, adatta a tutti i palati e non vediamo l'ora del nostro prossimo soggiorno.

Immerso nel verde, con una bellissima piscina da godere al tramonto. Camere molto grandi e confortevoli. Ottima la pulizia. Colazione buona anche se la scelta non è ricchissima (”à la carte”, non il solito buffet). Una sera abbiamo mangiato al bar/ristorante della piscina e siamo rimasti soddisfatti, anche se abbiamo dovuto aspettare un bel po' perché lo chef doveva ancora arrivare. Ecco questo è l'unico punto debole, se così si può definire: si vede che la struttura era a livelli alti in termini di servizi (dal punto di vista logistico, niente da eccepire) prima della pandemia e adesso sta cercando di recuperare quei livelli dopo un periodo veramente molto pesante per tutta la Cambogia (che vive soprattutto di turismo). Si stanno impegnando al massimo, supportati dalla cortesia del personale ma, evidentemente, alcuni servizi devono ancora ritornare ai livelli pre-pandemia. L'hotel è un oasi di pace, anche perché è piuttosto defilato dal centro della città (indispensabile il tuc-tuc per andare in centro). Noi comunque ci siamo stati molto bene

La prima notte mi mettei in una stanza con un aria condizionata che correva ma non si raffreddava. La seconda stanza aveva una famiglia di persone molto alte che andavano la maggior parte della notte. Il personale è amichevole e attento, ma ostruente. Mi trasferirono in un'altra stanza con un'ottima aria condizionata e confortevole. Ho vissuto in Asia SE e sono familiare con la cultura. Tuttavia, sempre chiesto: “Dove vai” o “Cosa stai facendo?” mi ha fatto sentire molto incomodo. Digli semplicemente che se hanno bisogno di qualcosa o hanno domande da chiedere, invece di sentirmi interrogato ogni volta che sono andato in hotel e fuori. La ragazza che serviva nella sala da pranzo aveva un sorriso caldo e era molto gentile, e sempre cercava di servire bene e faceva bene. I giorni che era andata via, era una brutta esperienza di provare a fare un semplice colazione. Solo cercando di ottenere sale o di ottenere condimenti per poter mangiare il mio cibo mentre era caldo, era quasi impossibile. Come un nuotatore di esercizi, la piscina era molto incerta, e io chiesi se potesse essere pulita e se fossero resistenti a farlo, e alla fine era pulita e poi era molto meglio. Ho prenotato la mia camera per due, e la mia ragazza poteva stare con me solo una parte del tempo. Una sera, quando andai in ricetta con lei, il ragazzo era brutto e disonesto e ci interrogava entrambi. E' stata una situazione molto incomoda e inaccettabile. L'avevo prenotato per due settimane; due giorni prima di partire, una sera, c'era un ratto che correva sul soffitto vicino al soffitto. Non mi sono lamentato perché il mio soggiorno era quasi finito e non so cosa cercarebbero di fare per rimediare alla situazione. I balconi sono belli e in generale è tranquillo e tranquillo.
