The staff was extremely helpful and the hotel was perfect, the service location is incredible. Attentive and professional services from all the staff. Of particular mention to the front office staff, chiya, soriya and Voeun always greeting us and providing Cold towels. We look forward to a return visit memoire palace again.

The twin room with my friend was a very comfortable experience! The AC was a perfect escape from the heat and I loved staying in the room so much that I barely left my bed! The spa and amenities are absolutely luxury and I could not rave more about the breakfast. I will miss this place dearly and can’t wait to bring my friends and family back here soon!

Excellent hotel with beautiful surroundings, outstanding staff always willing to help. Our room is amazing with beautiful plants in the garden, the rooms are gorgeous sized and very comfortable.this resort has to be the impeccable service provided by all staff members they are fantastic. Restaurant serves up the great food.

The staff were so kind and accommodating. The room was clean and beautiful, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The atmosphere is peaceful and calm after a long day of exploring. For anyone traveling to Siem Reap, I would immediately recommend this resort. Do not miss it! You will not regret it!

A very comfortable stay. The experience was truly great. Very courteous and polite staff where all our requirements were taken care of. Somaly the manager in the restaurant requires a special mention. She took great care to ensure that we had a truly delightful eating experience.

Nice environment in a courteous resort. People are very nice and helpful. Garden and swimming pool are superb. Room is very large and the view reflecting the traditional Cambodian atmosphere. Breakfast is good but unfortunately not special.

As soon as you arrive at the hotel entrance you are greeted by a friendly member of front office staff who hand you a cool towel and cool water with smile. All the staff at the hotel are kind and very helpful everything you want they will provide it to you, nothing seems to be an issue. Hotel has very nice pool and quiet we have some drink and food here. We enjoyed staying at this hotel and i would love to go back again.

Nice Hotel I really enjoyed in this hotel, and the front office staff Soriya,line, Chaiya and the manager they very welcoming upon arrive at the hotel lobby, i love the welcome drink with the fresh watermelon juice. The room was amazing, beautiful pool and the breakfast was nice,

The hotel and rooms were incredible and all of the staff were fantastic. Food was truly 5 stars. The hotel is in a great location to visit all nearby temples and local attractions. Would highly recommend for anybody looking for a long stay in Siem Reap!

Incredible hotel. Excellent staff. Highest level of service. We enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast was not as good as we have had in the other five star hotels we stayed in Vietnam. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Mmmmmm

A great hotel , huge nice suites and with the best attentive team. A very big swimming pool, very delicious breakfast buffet.we had a dinner in the hotel restaurant that is decorated in French style. Topical Local food as well as European dishes.

We booked this hotel after reading reviews and failing to find one negative comment…, we can only add to the positives. This is a stunning hotel, the rooms are beautiful but the best part is the staff, every member of staff we met where exceptional including Mr Hak who went out his way to greet us and make sure we had everything we needed. Amazing hotel and the only place we will stay in Siem Reap when we return.

This hotel was extremely captivating with its modern design and charming landscape. The pool was one of its many attractive features. I absolutely enjoyed our stay here. It’s also tucked away far from the Main Street which made it seemed peaceful and pleasant. If you’re looking to stay in a luxurious hotel and within budget, this hotel 🏨 is sure to check out. Also, their staff is some of the nicest people I’ve met in Cambodia.

Stayed at the amazing hotel and spa resort for 9 nights, a most relaxing resort hidden away from the hustle of the city but close enough to everything. Staff are wonderful, friendly, and always there to help with trips to various tourist places,, the room was beautiful, cleaned daily, and replenished water and toiletries. There is a small fridge to keep your things nice and cold. The food is super delicious and never too spicy. The pool is massive and just right to relax after a long day at the temples. the pool bar has a 1 hour unlimited Gin cocktail hour with tapas and yes we indulged many an evening there. There is a gym which has everything you might need to work out and also a Spa to relax and unwind. words can not express how fortunate we were in booking Memoire Palace Resort and Spa. The staff receives the most accolades for their genuine professional and helpful nature. Thank you
