Hyatt regency lives up to its brand in Sabah! Exemplary hospitality, ultra clean room, great location, wonderful breakfast spreads and awesome staff! No regrets taking the club lounge option with sea view, even the lounge food was exceptionally delicious, kudos to the chef! A tad old in terms of furnishings but it retains the classic style of early 2000s, bringing good memories of my travels and staying in various Hyatt.

L'hotel era a pochi passi dal centro commerciale dell'imago e da tutti gli altri luoghi turistici. Sicuramente consigliere di rimanere qui se si cerca un hotel di medie dimensioni che è economico, tranquillo e comodo.

PROS ♡ L'appartamento è completamente arredato e è stato molto confortevole per la mia famiglia. ♡ Varie uscite da pranzo intorno all'edificio dell'appartamento. ♡ Il centro commerciale imago è proprio all'opuscolo dell'edificio (può usare superpass/jejantas). ♡ Amore la vista dalla piscina. ♡ Buona rete WiFi. CONS ❗️ La casella chiave è stata difficile da identificare a causa delle lettere piccole e del colore diverso da quello delle altre caselle. ❗️ Il manuale dato era incompleto - non c'era menzione della chiusura della porta dell'appartamento che richiede il calore da attivare. ❗️ Il contatto n. su questa applicazione non può essere contattato, quindi ho dovuto farlo da Google. ❗️ Il parcheggio è molto confuso (anche per i guardiani di sicurezza). ❗️ I guardiani di sicurezza erano incompetenti. Sono necessari addestramenti adeguati sulla struttura dell'edificio. ❗️ I secchi non sono stati installati correttamente, il che porta a minori inondazioni nella lavanderia e nella cucina. ❗️ I letti non erano abbastanza puliti per mia sorella, che ha una pelle molto sensibile, perché ha dei bug dopo aver dormito lì. ❗️ L'acqua fuga dall'aria sopra la TV, quindi abbiamo dovuto spensarla per prevenire shock elettrico e malfunzionamento della TV.

Un hotel stupendo con un servizio sfavorevole. La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole uscire dall'aeroporto e per rilassarsi. Le strutture sono di prima classe e le opzioni alimentari sono buone. Ma, Il servizio è così povero rispetto alla Shangri-la Ria rasa, proprio in fondo alla strada. Dopo essere rimasti in entrambi, si sente come diverse aziende. Prima di arrivare ho chiesto consigli di escursione e di attività a entrambi gli hotel. Ria rasa ha aiutato e prenotato molteplici tour eccitanti. Questo hotel non ha risposto più volte, quindi ho cacciato e mailto di nuovo e di nuovo. Infine, è stato inviato un link a una compagnia di escursione con tonnellate di 3-5 giornata di tour della giungla. Questo è stato un soggiorno di due notti. Quando siamo arrivati, mi sono chiesto di nuovo le attività, mi sono mandato a un ufficio che nessuno era in piedi, aspettato troppo, trovato un codice qr messaggiato e mi è stato detto che non era il loro lavoro. Alla fine ho trovato i dettagli di contatto per la pesca e la visita a barca nel manuale degli ospiti. Non ho ricevuto una risposta fino a quando non dopo tutte le visite dei prossimi giorni, ho detto che siamo pieni. Se avete la scelta, consiglierei molto il trasferimento leggermente più lungo e la vostra guida alla Shangri-la Ria Rasa.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed with comfortable beds, modern amenities, and large windows that provide breathtaking sea or city views. Housekeeping does an excellent job of keeping the rooms spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch. The hotel offers a variety of dining options, with several restaurants serving both local and international cuisine. The breakfast buffet is especially impressive, with a wide selection of dishes that cater to different tastes.

Arrivato tardi dall'aeroporto di KK e ha fatto un check-in tardi fino a quasi mezzanotte. La ricezione era occupata a quest'ora con un altro gruppo di 6 (famiglie) coreani che facevano anche il check-in. Per la prima notte, l'aria condizionata non ha raffreddato la stanza, ma ha informato la custodia e la manutenzione della mattina prossima durante il colazione e l'equipaggio ha risolto la questione immediatamente . La camera è spaziosa e può essere adattata a 2 letti singoli! La colazione è ampio e si vede una buona vista sul mare E un sito di costruzione di un futuro Condominio. Mi piace questa zona di piscina hotel e il bar di piscina con la bella vista sul mare e il sole . La palestra si trova allo stesso piano della piscina. La TV in camera è una TV intelligente, potrei surfare e visualizzare i canali youtube direttamente . Vuoi restare qui ancora? Sì, e scegliere una categoria Deluxe come queste camere si trovano direttamente sul mare (sono anche giù il sole)

Overall our 2-night stay at Hyatt Centric KK was comfy n relaxing. The lobby n top floor lounge ambience is excellent~feeling of calmness. Rooms are spacious n clean with beautiful sunset seaview. We especially like the bathroom with sitting bench~ a considerate design for guests who prefer to sit n shower. Restaurant staff were very well-mannered n helpful. The hotel is well located just opposite the Sabah Suria shopping mall, so it's very convenient if you wish to dine out or shop around…

Stayed here recently and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, close to major attractions, and the amenities were good for the price. Breakfast had a decent variety, though the coffee could have been better. Overall, a solid choice for a short stay. Would recommend!

Fantastico hotel getaway , 😃 ama le piscine, adatto per la famiglia con bambini come piccolo magellano fornisce varie attività per i vostri piccoli. Certamente tornerà 😁

After a long trip arrived at hotel and quickly signed in. We were upgraded to a fantastic room, however phone and TV not working but a great balcony view of the South. China Sea and to the left the jungle. It was lovely to sit and watch the various birds and fireflies. Malaysia Airlines had lost one of our bags and did not seem concerned however after no success we spoke with James at reception who soon sorted it out and it arrived at 9pm. One day wasted Thanks Malaysia Airlines. The next day we had a leisurely breakfast plentiful and good choices of Malay and Western. Very courteous staff. Saw our first monitor lizard and had a garden tour by. a very informative employee Roy. Decided against the nature walk as advised not much to see this time of year. Spent most the day on the empty beach ( Some jellyfish but otherwise a nice dip) and in empty swimming pool. 3 linked pools lovely and warm but needs some maintenance and jacuzzi not working. Only a couple of restaurants were open and although quality of food was good the menus were similar. On our last day we had a very good Chinese style meal in The Noble House (Only open until early evening). As with most meals we were the only ones in the restaurant. All meals were very reasonably priced. The advertised firefly. tour was cancelled due to low tide but Christina arranged a private trip to see them and also the proboscis monkey. Well worth it. . Points to Note Low occupancy with the majority of guests staying overnight only, meant we had pools and beach to ourselves and the restaurants were virtually empty. Disadvantage was that some restaurants. and snack places did not open. Lovely remote location fantastic view , beach and garden walks however nothing in walking distance of the resort so unless taking a. taxi or day trip would not see or meet other local people restaurants or shops. Note the hotel shop has very limited souvenirs and only a few crisps and drinks. We had a great relaxing time, the hotel needs some updating and maintenance but that did not affect our.enjoyment. Staff were helpful and courteous and room clean and well stocked with water tea and coffee. A/C fine. So if you want a relaxing beach and pool holiday with good food and when we were there tranquility we recommend Nexus. PS book trips at the hotel as the one we booked through our agent was about 3 times more.
