staying the umpteenth time at my favorite hotel after a fullday of working, surely made the body and mind fresh again. as usual I always order room service, and I recommend , especially the Angsle. it's a must be try also deep Prawn Mayonnaise which is very delicious.

The decor leans towards the older side, but I was prepared for this vibe thanks to various reviews I had read. After settling in, I grew to love the cozy atmosphere—like wrapping myself in a warm blanket. The room was surprisingly spacious, offering more space than many newer hotels, making it feel like my own little oasis! The bathroom was also gleaming and roomy enough for an impromptu dance party, should the mood strike! Now, let’s dive into the breakfast experience at Pavilion. The cage-like design of the venue adds a unique touch, inviting plenty of sunlight—perfect for brightening up your morning. The buffet offered a wide array of dishes to satisfy international travelers' palates, making each breakfast an exciting adventure. The selection of Indonesian cuisines and desserts was particularly impressive. But what truly set Pavilion apart was the staff. They were superb and went above and beyond, taking the time to cater to us personally. They even recommended and brought out some local dishes—insider choices that added an authentic touch to our dining experience. In my past hotel breakfasts, the staff often just fulfilled their duties, but here, it felt more like breakfast with friends. That warmth and attentiveness made all the difference! And don’t miss out on the local flavors of ice cream! I can’t name the flavors since they’re all in local dialects, but they were heavenly and a fun challenge to try! For lunch and dinner, I found myself opting for room service several times because resisting their tempting menu was like ignoring a catchy tune stuck in your head. Each meal surpassed my expectations—purely irresistible! Another delightful surprise was the complimentary laundry service offered daily, which saved me after my waterfall adventure left me looking like a mud monster. And post-overnight trip to Bromo? I was practically a walking dust bunny! As I like to say, ”It's the little things that count,” and this thoughtful touch truly made a difference. Lastly, the hotel's location is fantastic! Just a short stroll away lies the biggest shopping mall—truly a haven for foodies and shoppers alike. Overall, my stay at the Marriott Surabaya was delightful, and I left with wonderful memories—definitely a place I’d recommend for a cozy yet vibrant experience!

È stato suggerito di aggiornare la suite junior da una signora molto piacevole al divano frontale. Ho deciso di avanzare con la proposta, che valeva così la pena.La suite junior mi concede l'accesso alla sala esecutiva. Quando sono arrivato lì, mi è stato servito da un cuoco estremamente accogliente, caldo e amichevole nome Alfred. Ci vuole tempo per introdurre i piatti con tanta passione e calore. Mi fa stare bene. Ha avuto un tempo estremamente piacevole a Sheraton grazie a lui. Il suo servizio è uno dei motivi per cui Sheraton è la scelta migliore per i successivi soggiorni ogni volta che in Surabaya (non menzionare il delizioso Rawon che serve sia il salone esecutivo che il ristorante lobby) L'altro personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole, sempre salutando i clienti con un sorriso. È un bell'hotel, con ottimi servizi e colazione. Anche la posizione è buona. Sfortunatamente, le lenzuola nella stanza erano troppo sporche. Non c'erano pieghe. Era ovvio che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dall'inquilino precedente. Inoltre, c'erano macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola. Ho dovuto chiedere alla camera degli ospiti di cambiare le lenzuola nel cuore della notte.

Uno degli alberghi più grandi collegati al più grande centro commerciale di West Surabaya. Il Westin vive fino a lui offre un soggiorno di lusso ai suoi clienti. Altamente raccomandato!

I had a wonderful experience here. The hotel is conveniently located just a three-minute walk from a large shopping mall, making it very easy to access shops and restaurants. The living environment was excellent, and the front desk staff kindly upgraded my room, which made my stay even more comfortable. After wandering around for weeks, being able to relax and watch Netflix was simply fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Surabaya!

It's very crowded hotel. Meaning it's a good property with busy traffic. Yet the overwhelmed staff were able to maintain their professionalism and lovely service I usually gets, despite of my bad timing arriving with inactive (broken) elevators and fully booked meeting rooms and restaurants traffic, making the waiting time for elevator and moving around the property was somewhat... troublesome, to say the least. Nevertheless, definitely would recommend.

The room was clean and nice, However the sustainability efforts are lacking, I didn't need my towel to be changed daily and kept it on the rack, but yet it was changed every day. Once I came back to see all the lights and air-conditioning was on, likely running all day 10 am- 7pm + when I returned The lifts are super slow and only 1 coffee machine for the whole breakfast restaurant that needed addition of water all the days I was there
