The hotel is located on the sea side, the view is very nice. There is a bus station in front of the hotel. It's better to bring your own car to have the trip more convenient. If you ask for bikes, you might get the reply that it is better to rent the bike at Shuishe pier as it is too dangerous to use the road in front of the hotel. They don't seem to be very prepared for individual travellers. Breakfast and dinner are good and fresh, and you may find a lot of different dishes. The staff are friendly and kind, even if there are many who don't speak English.

好的方面是酒店地理位置優越,就在村子邊緣的湖邊。那裡有一個浮動船塢 ,上麪有位置,你可以邊喝東西邊欣賞美景。離魚池鄉的商店、餐館和其他生活設施衹有步行五分鐘。酒店看起來很漂亮,是木頭造的,房間的牆和天花板也是木頭做的,有一種很溫馨很吸引人的感覺。可以免費無線上網。 差的方面,我們的房間髒得很明顯。米色地毯上幾處明顯的地方有幾塊很大的,看起來很不舒服的污跡。淋浴房的地上有一條用過的濕毛巾,這表明房間的乾淨標準和房間的準備水平都不高。 因為我們衹住一個晚上,所以也沒期待他們會給我們最好的房間,所以住在303號房間我們也不是很驚訝。房間好的一方面是湖景很漂亮(不是所有的房間都可以看到湖景),不好的房間就是房間剛好在大堂旁,所以非常吵。 前台一直放着音樂,在房間裏也聽得很清楚(我想房間的有一麪牆上裝着一個擴音喇叭)。幾個小時后我跟前台的員工說是否介意把音量調得小一點,他們答應了。雖然生意不是那麼響了,不過我們還是可以聽到。 另外一個旅行團在出發之前在大堂集合,他們說話、大笑的噪音我們在房間裏聽聲音也很大。所以如果你要住在這家酒店,我建議你要一間離前台遠一點的房間。 樓下有一個室內游泳池,如果水暖和的話就很棒。同樣按摩浴缸的水也很冷。每年的這個時候這個地方相當冷,特別晚上的時候,所以要是能在溫暖得水里游泳或是泡着,那就很棒。我們住在那的時候沒看到過一個人游泳。 現在說說早餐吧:早餐本應該從7點到9點30.我們九點到的餐廳,見到了一個麪無笑容的女士,她拿了我們的早餐券后一句話都沒說,然後就當我們是空氣一樣,當時還有另外唯一一個員工在,一個年輕的男服務員。 有很多空桌子,不過餐具都沒擺好。過了一會兒我們發現我們得自己動手,我們四處望了望,發現了一些餐具墊和刀叉后自己布置了一下桌子。然後我們就去拿東西吃了。雖然離他們的停止服務的時間還有半個小時,不過很顯然他們不會再加東西了,現在有多少就是多少了。因為這樣所以好幾次我們要吃的東西都沒了,像新鮮水果、果汁和炒雞蛋。 我向那兩個員工走去,他們在角落的一張桌子旁,離客人很遠,我問他們吃完的東西是否會再加。那個女士還是一副漠不關心的樣子,而那個男服務員則一臉茫然。 我示意他跟我過來,把他領到放食物的檯子前,給他看果汁機和炒蛋盤子都空了。他點了點頭,然後就消失在廚房裡了,過了一會兒他拿了一杯果汁過來,我和我老婆一起喝的。五分鐘以後他又拿了一份雞蛋過來給我們兩個人吃。 9:25分鐘我們離開時那個女士皺着眉頭看着我們出去。那個男服務員不見人影。 當你期待的是在台灣酒店的一般的早餐經歷——友好的歡迎,領你到桌子前,問你是否要咖啡,周到的服務,離開時對你表示感謝等——那麼日月潭儷山林國際會館跟那一比真是太搞笑了。 我和我老婆在兩個星期的台灣之行中不斷地感受到台灣人民的友好和熱情,我們對此印象深刻也很高興,所以我們不會因為這次不愉快的經歷而對台灣的印象變差。不過,如果你想好好地感受一下台灣的熱情好客,我建議你去試一下其他酒店。 (幸好之前我們沒有在酒店的餐廳裏吃晚飯,否則我們就要失望兩次了。我們去的是衹有50碼遠的富豪羣渡假民宿(Full House Resort),在一個用蠟燭點亮的花園裡吃了一餐非常有趣非常享受的晚餐。這個地方也有客房,到處都是藝術品和旅遊紀念品。在這個地區這家可能也是一個很不錯的選擇。)

Molto buona posizione a Qingjing, proprio davanti alla fermata dell'autobus, ma il bus viene raramente come una volta in un'ora. Il personale è molto amichevole, offre pick-up e servizio di goccia al giardino. La camera è spaziosa e pulita, nessun AC ma il tempo è freddo. Il pozzo caldo nella zona del desk front also seems to be good, it is a regret that we couldn't try. Breakfast is variety, even it's a easy local food but really nice taste. Definitivamente raccomandare e voler tornare di nuovo se ha la possibilità.

Il personale del desk front era amichevole e mi forniva informazioni utili e aveva un buon chat. La stanza era pulita e spaziosa. Ha una vista fantastica sul pierre. Molto consiglio

There's limited selection of hotels at Sun Moon Lake particularly certain price points. The Fleur De Chine is probably the best around but runs close to $400-$500/night. We chose this due to the mid price range (under $200/night). We booked 2 nights (VIP sun room) for family of 3. When entering, we did not realize that children were charged additionally (they consider anyone over 140cm to not be a child), and then added NT 500/night fee for ”cleaning fees”. Despite arguing with them about the additional fees and not being clearly stated (”additional fees”) is all that is listed on the website, we were unable to get any progress with this. Be careful with these charges. This is an upcharge and as in most places in Taiwan, there is very limited flexibility. If you have children, do realize unless they are tiny/small, you'll get charged. The room was to be offered with a bottle of wine but did not come and only an apple sparking cider was given. The room was dated, appeared to be in the '90s, the view and location is probably its best attributes. they included a breakfast (with this package). Beds were ok, bathroom was fine and functional. This is not 5 star hotel if that's what you're expecting - would say it would be a 2-3 star hotel in the US. Also, of note there is another hotel part of this same group - that is more lower end which can get confusing (Crystal Inn) - it's probably hostel like based on the descriptions. Would i stay again? probably not. the first impression was not the best, would have wished for better details on the fees. If you want good location, this is literally on the lake so can't argue with that. If you're looking for a true 5 star experience, Fleur Du Chine is probably the place to go - it's amazing but comes with a $$ tag.

Viviamo in una piccola piazza di camera doppia, la stanza è ancora grande, la TV ha MOD e Netflix per vedere; Il pavimento del bagno è facile da scivolare. È necessario prestare molta attenzione all'ingresso e all'uscita. È anche che la stanza può avere un cosmetico. Anche se il specchio del bagno è molto grande, c'è una piccola lampada accanto, ma il lavastoviglie è ancora un po' lontano, e il suono è molto povero, L'auto fuori può essere sentita chiaramente dopo, anche svegliata dalla macchina mattina, ma la signorina Liu Tai è molto gentile. L'ambiente è buono, l'aspetto del castello è molto assorbito. Dove foto sono buone. La camera è grande e confortevole. E' la migliore scelta per venire al cammino sud. La colazione è ricca.

Questa volta, il settimo piano, anche se non c'è vista, ma a causa della grande stanza, è molto comodo vivere.La posizione dell'hotel è all'uscita del parcheggio, quindi il parcheggio o il negozio di acqua è molto conveniente. La colazione è fantastica, mi sento molto attento a fare. Il primo piano ha una grande tavola. Quando non ci sono molte persone, si può godere molto bene e vivere una vita tranquilla in vacanza.
