As with the other reviews, the service here is amazing. You have the option to have your breakfast delivered to your room. During check-in, the staff will personally bring you to your room. If you arrived early or plan to leave sun moon lake much later after check out, you can leave your bags or luggage to the staff to keep. Staff here also offers tickets to the ferry, bicycle rental, cable car and other services available. The only con is that there is no lakeview, but everything else is very accessible. Bus station, Ferry station, 7-11 and restaurants are just a few minutes walk from the hotel. As for the room itself, the toilet is equipped with bidet. There's also some snacks and teabags for you. Electric mosquito repellent is also available if there's a need to, but I did not encounter any bugs in the room. Room is also modernly designed and most importantly, clean and bugs-free! Bed is of soft and comfortable type. I nearly dozed off while lying on bed. Wifi's strong as well. Would highly recommend to others who plans to visit sun moon lake. This hotel has almost everything you need, convenience, amazing service, and good food.

L'hotel è situato a 3 minuti a piedi da Ita Thao Ferry Pier. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti nella sala alta vista sul lago e godevamo la fantastica e tranquilla vista dal nostro balcone. La stanza è spaziosa, pulita e con letti confortevoli. Il mercato notturno e i negozi sono solo in basso con un sacco di mangiare e negozi. Se ti piace stare calmo, tranquillo e rilassato, dovresti stare in questo bel hotel.

The hotel is in a very good location, making it convenient to get around and explore the area. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, which made the stay pleasant and welcoming. The bathroom appears to have been renovated recently and is clean and modern. However, the carpet in the room and in the common areas are quite dated and does not meet current standards. An update would significantly improve the overall comfort and impression of the room. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay thanks to the location and service, but some room upgrades—particularly the carpet—would make a noticeable difference.

Molto accogliente hotel con un contatto personale. Il personale era molto attento alle nostre esigenze e fornisce buona raccomandazione. Buona vista dalla stanza sul secondo piano. Posso vedere le stelle! L'hotel ci ha fornito colazione gratuita e tè che era molto gioioso. Mi è piaciuto molto il mio soggiorno lì. Localizzazione è un breve passo per il giardino svizzero, il verde verde e il percorso di marcia del cielo sono entrambi lontani ma ancora passeggiabili se non si vuole camminare.

My parents liked the room at this hotel. Quite spacious and really clean. The price was reasonable.

Good stay for family room and the room is clean. We choose the hotel facing the lake which is awesome. Great early morning sunrise view and night view. We are lucky to have the full moon night view from our room during our stay. There is a small table at the balcony with chairs so that you can enjoy the scenery with boats riding.

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and even helping us secure discounted tickets. The room was clean and offered a beautiful view. A highlight was the breakfast—simple yet delicious. To top it off, the host kindly arranged for staff to drop us off at the Shuishe main bus station. Great view from the hotel and location is very close to Qingjing farm. Amenity like 7/11 and mos burger are close by. But if you aren’t driving. Then you have to walk abit to the hotel. Plus there is no lift and there are quite a number of stairs you need to climb to get there. Probably not suitable for family with elderly.

Una camera molto grande per la mia famiglia. Anche il bagno è piuttosto grande. Ma l'ascensore arriva solo all'ottavo piano, e dobbiamo portare bagagli pesanti per altri due piani, che corrispondono al decimo. La camera quadrupla è al decimo piano e non ha ascensore. Non è adatta a famiglie con bambini piccoli. La colazione è servita da un altro hotel, l'Harbour Hotel (di fronte a questo). Offre una varietà di piatti e il ristorante ha una bella vista.
