Amazing stay with incredible views of Sayram lake. Driving up to the property gave us some worry because there is a lot of construction happening (they are building / developing a lot in the area). A lot of food options nearby. Very close to Sayram Lake scenic area. The dome itself was phenomenal, we three could not have wished for more. Bathroom was very clean, hot water was plentiful, and toiletries were very generous. The dome would get very hot during the day, but the AC tower would cool down the dome very quickly. I would have stayed here happily for one full week! The breakfast buffet was also very full and varied.

La posizione è molto vicina alla zona sceneggiata. È molto conveniente uscire a cena e mangiare, che accanto a lui c'è una costruzione. Il rumore del suolo è un po'grande, ma la notte si è fermata consapevolmente.Il personale della popolazione è stato addestrato e molto entusiasta. Ci ha anche dato due mattine. L'igiene delle strutture della popolazione è molto buona e vale la pena raccomandare.

The location of this hotel is right next to the ever famous Lake Rayhem. This is more like a boutique hotel with an excellent butler service satisfying your almost every needs. The reception was friendly and as they prepare your registration and room, they serve you with high tea. Excellent coffee with cakes and cookies and fresh fruits too. The manager, Mr. Su took special attention to all his customers looking into our additional needs which was immediately fulfilled within the hours. This is what is so lacking in this area here in China whereby the management take pride in their satisfaction of their customers. They will call to find out if you need them to doggy bag the breakfast for you when they don't find you there and they serve you with a good night milk before you hit the sack. All these fine details required lots of diligent works. This is one place I can see hardworking employees when compared to our places in Xinjiang. Pretty sure they will get lots of satisfying and returning customers.

服務：首先必須給前台（捲毛男生）好評！前台服務是能滿足酒店規格，女朋友卸粧水落在上一家酒店，試着打電話給前台問問哪裡有的買？前台回覆周邊估計沒有，主動把自己剛買的洗面奶借給女朋友使用！非常感謝！ 設施、環境、服務：能看出酒店試圖打造有品質的酒店，我認為公區觀感上是達到標準，房間內部裝修也看出酒店品牌的野心。然而房間細節，功能佈局酒店品質還有較大的差距。另外早餐的服務等同於無，不知道是不是我起來太晚，10點下來，大部分菜已經温涼，麪檔熄火，牛奶，奶茶，咖啡基本斷檔，桌面基本沒人收拾狀態，希望未來可以繼續加強服務管理。

Il personale era così amichevole anche quando ci siamo reclutati tardi alla sera. La mattina seguente dovevamo andare presto al lago e hanno offerto di confezionare colazione per noi anche prima di iniziare il loro orario di colazione. Il personale è stato molto amichevole, utile e ospite in tutta l'alloggio! La stanza era pulita e molto nuova. In generale, molto piacevole soggiorno e davvero piaceva il nostro soggiorno lì!

It was a really pleasant stay in this hotel. Staffs worked in the front are really nice and professional. The check in process was fluent and quick. Rooms are comfortable and high tech backed. Bed mattresses and comforts are 5 star hotel quality. I would stay with this hotel again in the future.
