房間特別大，衞生為特別好，靠近賽里木湖領證處方便去領證，也方便進景區玩 服務：特別周到，微笑服務還能主動提建議方便住宿出行 餐廳的飯也特別好吃

房東的姐姐開車接我們，需要做區間車到西海草原站點，然後在開車10分鐘就到草原腹地很多牛羊。唯一遺憾的是房東沒有自己的馬在蒙古包供客人騎馬。老闆姐姐的廚藝很好。不知道吃飯需要預訂，到達後都晚上10點多了，餓的不行，給老闆姐姐説了，幫做兩碗麪，接着姐姐很大方直接來了半盆，而且是西紅柿羊肉的，三個羊蹄，我和娃兩人硬是把麪條吃完了，付老闆姐姐60元，娃説這麪很超值！ 由於厚衣服忘在包的車上，到了蒙古包太冷了，借了老闆姐姐的馬甲和姐姐女兒的衞衣。非常感謝！老闆姐姐不僅人長的漂亮，駕駛技術也是一流，關鍵飯菜做的確實好吃！

Atour hotel is an absolute gem! Not only it's walking distance to the sayram lake tourist center, but also the service is 10000000! We arrived late arvo, and there was complimentary yummy afternoon tea, follow by delicious supper at night. All facilities are very modern and products are environmental friendly. We got some local snacks as a Welcome gift as well. Staff are super friendly. Highly recommend

Ottimo soggiorno. L'hotel è molto pulito, con una grande posizione vicino al lago Sayram. L'atmosfera è bella, anche se non a passeggiata dal lago. Ci sono una buona varietà di cibo, e gusta buono.

L'ospite era molto utile e caldo. La posizione sulla mappa del viaggio non era così accurata come dovevano cambiare la posizione a causa delle nuove regole governative. Anche se la posizione non era proprio vicino al lago, abbiamo avuto una buona esperienza. Puoi ancora vedere la vista del lago durante il sollevamento e il tramonto. Inoltre, abbiamo avuto i migliori scavi e riso di pilaf al prato. La cosa più importante è che i bianchetti e le lamiere sono puliti. Molto consiglia se si desidera sperimentare una comoda esperienza di soggiorno con una bella vista.

自駕環賽里木湖，這家酒店是旅途很好的落腳點。客房空間寬敞，打掃得乾乾淨淨，旅途疲憊可以很好緩解。服務人員旦旦響應及時，有需求都可以妥善處理。地理位置優越，第二天進景區十分方便，整體居住感受舒心，給本次新疆之行加分不少。

The yurts were of big size, able to accommodate six people in one. They are traditionally decorated. Bedding is provided. During the night, it can get cold, but the coal stove really helped, although it did look a bit unsteady. Hot water for tea/coffee is available. The people were friendly. They picked us up from the North Gate. We enjoyed chatting with them, learning about their culture, and playing cards. They can provide meals at an additional price. However, breakfast is included. Improvements should be made to the toilet facilties by adding a permanent outer frame structure to the drop toilet for privacy.

We booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

The property did not match the photos advertised. Both the room and the view were quite different from what was shown online. In particular, the actual view was on a completely different side, which was disappointing. The cleanliness was only average and could definitely be improved. There was also no hair dryer provided in the room. In addition, the bathroom fixtures, including the shower and faucets, looked old and poorly maintained, with visible signs of wear and a lack of proper upkeep. The food was acceptable, with a reasonable selection, but nothing particularly memorable. Considering the price, I don’t feel the stay offered good value for money. I believe the property would provide a much better experience if it improved its cleanliness, maintained its facilities more regularly, and used photos that accurately represent the actual rooms and views.

Aveva avuto l'atteggiamento mentale di provare, e il risultato era sorpreso, non importa se l'ambiente, l'igiene o il servizio erano squisiti. Il capo era particolarmente buono, entusiasta e generoso, e darà anche molti consigli per giocare, vivere tranquillo e confortevole. Noi sette persone soggiorniamo casualmente, lo spazio è grande, la spaziatura e l'intero spazio non sono affollate, molto adatto per la assemblaggio di amici, viaggi di famiglia, un senso di esperienza globale è pieno, sicuramente la stazione più soddisfacente del viaggio.
