"Un lato dell'hotel è molto vicino alla città antica e l'altro lato è molto vicino al mare. All'ultimo piano dell'hotel c'è un bar dove si può ballare gratuitamente. La colazione è al primo piano l'hotel, che è davvero delizioso. Se hai bisogno di chiamare un taxi, puoi chiedere aiuto alla reception, molto comodo"

The upgraded room was spacious, stylish, and offered stunning views that truly elevated our experience. Even came with a hot tub on the balcony. The hotel itself lives up to its name in the best way—full of delightful surprises, from the chic decor to the vibrant atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious Ibiza getaway. "L'hotel è ben posizionato, offrendo facile accesso sia alla vivace vita notturna di Ibiza Town che alle tranquille spiagge vicine. La hall e le aree comuni sono elegantemente progettate, dando una prima impressione calda e accogliente. La camera era pulita e confortevole, con tutti i comfort di base che ci si aspetta da un hotel di questo calibro. Il letto era comodo e ho apprezzato l'atmosfera tranquilla, che ha permesso un sonno ristoratore."

"Das apartment war echt super sauber, echt gemütlich das Bett. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Das einzige was mir aufgefallen ist war das es früher mehr belebt war, hatte das gefühl das sie streng sind mit besuch und das merkt man auch total an dem vibe. Es ist leer kaum jemand sitz am pool. Also nicht so ibiza vibes. Etwas hatte mich auch gestört und das war das man so ein grosses hand gelenksband tragen muss mit dem Chip für die Tür. Also man muss es von Anfang bis Ende tragen, so was mag ich gar nicht dann lieber Zimmer schlüssel oder karte aber nicht so was.."

"Non poteva fallire questo hotel. E' stupendo e la stanza era magnifica. Il personale era così bello quanto poteva essere e così attento a tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. La posizione era perfetta per noi, perché sta camminando a distanza tra Destin & Pacha. Tutto il giro sorprendente sicuramente tornerà:)"

"Excellent Family Stay in Ibiza with Minor Areas for Improvement Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island. What We Loved: Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family. Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer. Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Areas for Improvement: Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests. Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained. Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement. Negative Aspects to Report: We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay. Overall: Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza."

"Grande posizione. Amore la comodità della festa Ushuaia in pomeriggio e Club Hi proprio lungo la strada. Le camere sono un po 'piccole ma accettabili. Le feste dell'hotel sono fantastiche!"
