Il check-in in questa zona è sempre problematico. Devi prendere un numero ma molti semplicemente ignorano il protocollo e ci vuole ancora più tempo per effettuare il check-in. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

Super convenient location and love that the place has many choices for food. The food court has really yummy food!

Facilities are great and staff were quite helpful. The only problem we had was they forgot to refill our coffee sachets, which we drink in the morning:)

Mega size resort with theme park. Very clean w lots of food options. No cot was available when we stayed ( all in use).

We've stayed at this resort on several different occasions. Usually book directly on the resort site but often the rooms are sold out and it is best to book here. The resort is a top choice and must for families with children. There is something for everyone, and the location is close by many of Jeju's top attractions from museums to beaches and beautiful trekking trails. The swimming pool and waterpark are a must for children and the shopping mall in the lower levels are also convenient and fun.

The package with tickets was great. Having fun in the resort.

We took a bus from the airport and stopped at the nearest bus stop which was about 15-20 min walk. Still manageable with 2 big luggages, 1 small luggage, a pram and 2 kids. Room was decent, alittle small with not much room to move with all the luggage’s we had. Disappointed that they only had 1 type of pillow and they were of the extremely soft kind. When I requested for 1 more pillow on my first night, Service staff said they were out of pillows and they could only send 1 the next day- which they didn’t and I didn’t bother myself to call again. Folded the pillow and made do with it. I wished the staff could speak better English. Only 1 girl who could and she stood out amongst all because she went all the way out to help us book a cab out of the resort (resort was like 40 min away from the all the action/ “city”) as we wanted to try food outside the resort. She helped google and searched for a nice seafood place where locals went which was 10-15 min away (taxis are expensive! Almost like $1 for a min drive) (she was just posted to work there 2 months ago) she was simply the best!

Amazing hotel. First time in Jeju & it was perfect for my husband & I plus our 1 year old. We had a lot of fun in the pools.

아이와 제주도 여행을 위해 알아보던중 테마파크도있고 수영장도,놀이터,게임시설,쇼핑 다 즐길수있다고해서 예약하게되었습니다. 저희아이는 7살인데 잠버릇이 360도돌아다니며 자요 그래서 가드신청하니 바로설치해주셨어요~ 호텔에 처음오니 짐도 들어주셨는데 저희는 맥시멈가족이라 짐이너무 많았는데 여직원분이 해주시니 죄송하더라구요^^;;; 호텔안내도 자세히 셀명해주시고 테마파크 인당 이용권도 주시고 5성급 호텔을 이가격에? 꼭대기층 하길 잘한거같아요 뷰가 뻥 뚤리니 좋았고 밤에도 조명켜있어서 좋았어요~

여기 중국 사람이 반 정도로 많네요 아이랑 오는건 넘 좋아요! 수영장 워터파크 다 좋고 빅3 테마파크 이용도 좋은데 뭔가 아쉬운건 중국 사람이 많고 제주도 느낌 보다는 중국 느낌이 많이 나는 몰 분위기 같아요

리조트 위치. 나쁘지않음. 주변에 볼거리 많음. 주차장 협소. 로비 협소(체크인시간오래걸림.) 야외풀장마감 5인가 6시인데. 체크인 3시부터해도 4시에나 입장가능. 짐풀고 뭐하고하면 당일 야외수영장이용시간 30분남짓 이해안됐음. 반면에 스카이풀은 생각보다 경관이 좋았음. 다녀본 파노라마풀들은 해안가에 딱붙여 짓는게 많은데 오히려 언덕언저리에서 저멀리 보이는 해안선이 매우 매력적이였음. 노을이 질때의 스카이풀은 정말 좋았음. 리조트가 다 그러하겠지만 그래도 이런저런 프로그램이 많아서 리조트에서 대부분을 해결하실 분들에겐 2박정도도 알차게 지낼수 있는 곳이라는 생각이 듬. (주변에도 볼거리가 많으므로 메인숙소로 2박 3일 혹은 3박4일도 괜찮을거라고봄.) 청결은 시간이흐름에 따른 닳은것 외에는 꽤 깨끗했음. 먼가 청결에대한 악플이 많았던거같은데 개선이된건지 운이좋았던건지. 시설에 4를주는 이유는 여러 쇼핑이나, 먹을것 기타등등 다 잘 돼있음에도, 설계단계에서 먼가 생각을 잘못한건지. 동선이 너무 불합리한부분이 있고. 로비 ㅡ＞ 룸 거리가 생각보다 길고. 룸 ㅡ＞ 주차장 거리는 매우멀고. 룸 ㅡ＞ 야외풀장까지는 멀기도하면서, 엘베가 느림. 룸 ㅡ＞ 스카이풀은 적당함(로비 앞이므로) 아마 이건 개선이 안될수밖에없으므로....

神話主題公園Big3票: 晚上去沒有那麼曬 但是晚上開的項目不多！ 這裏差不多半天可以把項目都玩一遍！ 神話水上樂園免費門票: 超級無敵最近！ 來濟州島的 都要來這裏玩 小朋友太喜歡 人也不多！ 衞生： 房間很大 也很舒服！ 但是最不好就是要等 checkin 一個多少時 整個大堂都是人！ 服務： 服務還是有點跟不上 比較慢 設施： 園區內 很多很多餐廳 完全不用到外面吃飯！ 購物： 除了 便利店 酒店的 商場有高端品牌！ 車： 必須叫車 來這裏 交通不方便！ 叫了車 走的時候 還可以把 隔壁的 chocolate factory、橘子樂園、teddy 樂園 玩一下！ 都是很值得去的地方！

위치 괜찮고 직원분들 친절해요 겨울에는 워터파크가 큰아이나 성인 기준 할게 별로 없는 아쉬움 있습니다 조식은 괜찮은 편이나 종류 변화가 별로 없는 아쉬움 있습니다

飯店人員服務很親切，也很熱情，只不過會講中文的人員只遇到一個，如果會講中文的人員沒有上班就是只能翻譯，飯店內設施很多不過都需要預約，訂購的房型是包含樂園門票很實惠，還有提供嬰兒床及嬰兒澡盆，對帶小孩的家庭很方便，建議可以安排第一天先來這裏住宿，後面再去住市區的住宿。 整體體驗感很棒👍
