Hotel is supportive of being green, so does not provide one time disposal personal care kits like toothbrush/toothpaste, shower foam and shampoo(the latter two are provided via dispenser type containers in bathroom). Great use of space whereby you can make use of happy hours feature by having cool cordial drinks/hot coffee or tea as well as light snacks at level 16 between 1300H-2200H. Located within walking distance of convenience store(FamilyMart) and metro(Cianjin)

Nice Hoyle as it is close to city Center with great views. It has very big rooms

Great location, walkable to metro station and liuhe night market. Room is clean and very spacious. Just need to prepare your own personal amenities like slippers, body lotion, tooth brush and paste, etc. Check in time slightly later than general hotels at 4 pm. But you can leave your luggage and refresh a bit at the lobby. Lobby washroom is very clean and spacious.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights during our time in Kaohsiung, and it was a fantastic experience overall. Location-wise, it’s amazing! Many of the famous restaurants on our “to-go” list were within a 10-minute walking distance, and the subway station was just a quick 3-minute walk away. Super convenient! We arrived around 9 PM, and check-in was smooth and efficient. They even prepared a thoughtful birthday gift, which showed their kindness and attention to detail. The room was spacious and perfect, with an air conditioner that was delightfully cold—making every night so comfortable for sleeping. The hotel is connected to a car park in the same building, which was really convenient. On every floor, there’s a drinking water machine offering cold, room-temperature, and hot water options—such a nice touch. There’s also a gym room on the same floor as the breakfast restaurant, which is great if you want to stay active during your stay. One thing to note is that check-out time is a strict 11 AM. We asked if we could extend it to 12 PM to better align with our flight time, but were politely declined unless we paid an extra 500 TWD. While it would have been nice, it’s totally understandable as it’s their policy. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d definitely come back again!

The hotel is new and clean. You can walk to some landmarks. As the room type should be consider some amenities facilities such as slippers/ microwave…

Hotel is new. Room is BIG and clean. Location is good, subway station is just around the corner. Staff is friendly and helpful. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and slippers since the hotel doesn’t provide. Breakfast is good.

First time visiting kaohsiung and decided to book this hotel upon seeing many good reviews. The location is very near to one of the train station. The staff were all friendly. Sandra was very nice to offer us two pieces of facial mask as we were stucked at the carpark while trying to exit. Very nice gesture. Just that need to take note that the check in time is at 4pm. However they will allow you to wait at there lounge at level 16 with free drinks and small snacks. Do remember to bring your own tooth brush and toothpaste as the hotel do not provide all this. The room was very spacious and clean. They also provide free minibar. Will consider this hotel if I am back to Kaohsiung again

Happy with the big room . Breakfast place spacious , food average

One of the rooms had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, but the staff insisted that all rooms are non-smoking — clearly not the case. Another room had visible mould all over the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. We also asked for two extra blankets since we had two kids with us, but the staff refused and said they could only provide one. Overall, the service was unhelpful and the cleanliness far below standard. Very disappointing experience.

Great location, it is easier accessible from metro to the Hotel. The room was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast is great! And you can go to the restaurant to grab a coffee and snack at afternoon time.
