Non working AC . The tech team confirmed the issue . The ***agement did not paid any heed. No repent. Regret staying here. Rude staff. Only the travel desk mr Ashok was nice to know and humble. Good location but regretful experience overall. Telephone did not work . Don’t take room 202

I visited with my family. Overall trip was very good. Below are pros and cons about the hotel: Pros: 1) Excellent location 2) Rooms were very clean and every day cleaning was done on time. 3) The hotel has a kid's play area which helped us spend quality time with family. 4) Menu was good and the rates were pocket friendly. 5) they have much knowledge about places around. 6) The members of staff were helpful and understanding our needs regarding area recommendations and giving directions to the top tourist areas to visit and how to get there. 7) The morning breakfast service was lovely as well as fresh fruits and juices. I will come back to the hotel in my future.

Clean rooms. Very humble staff. Food is very tasty. View is also amazing. If you are looking for a peaceful stay, this place is a great option. And special thanks to zion for making my bday so special. For all the decorations. Would love to stay here again and again. All the best 👍

Hello! Our stay at The Zion was excellent. All the services including food, room, view from the room was good. I just wanted to let u know that the bathroom had a particular odd smell. Which can be taken care of by putting some frshner or exhaust fan. Thanks

I think The Zion Should be the first Preference for the stay either its a business or family Tour. Till now The Zion isnthe best stay i have ever had. The location of the Hotel is Best Location. Its a valley View. The food is very good. The service is very good.

Experience in Hotel Zion Shimla is fabulous & awesome the service was excellent 👍🏻 and also the hotel staff behaviour is also excellent and all over our stay in Shimla are great with the family feeling staying in hotel Zion Shimla thanks a lot

Hotel Zion Shimla I give you 5 star because location of hotel food breakfast lunch dinner awesome my group was stayed on 10th to 12th May 2024 all group member are happy with hotel staff & behaviour of hotel staff is nice they all are friendly I want to come again with my guest Thanks Archana Verma

Had a lovely stay at the Zion. The hotel has amazing view, great staff, scrumptious food with live music. Had a great stay. Not just this - even our driver who goes to hundreds of hotels every year said that he’s not seen one like Zion - they have good parking space and take good care of drivers too. This is an important piece which we neglect ***y a times.

Excellent stay at The Zion, Shimla. As they say they are the best hotel in Shimla. The ambience are wonderful. Beauty of the environment coupled with night music karaoke 🎤 is way too good. The food are excellent and delicious. We enjoyed completely with our family.
