È davvero un’esperienza di soggiorno molto soddisfacente! Devo dire che ho avuto la lungimiranza di trovare un appartamento in una posizione del genere. Appena fuori dalla porta ci sono KKone e Zhongzhou City, che possono soddisfare le tue esigenze a tutto tondo di cibo, vestiti, alloggio e trasporti. Di fronte c'è una strada del cibo e chi vuole provare gli spuntini locali può scegliere. La stanza, anche se non è grande come il soggiorno dell'hotel, è molto comoda e ha tutto, è molto funzionale. C'è una camera da letto separata con cucina e balcone, il quale può essere utilizzato per lavare i vestiti da soli e asciugarli subito dopo il lavaggio. Anche la doccia del bagno è molto incassata e la donna delle pulizie verrà a pulirla tutti i giorni ad un orario prestabilito, è davvero adatta per chi abita nelle vicinanze. Insomma si tratta di un appartamento dalle prestazioni di costo estremamente elevate e molto silenzioso.

Il mio soggiorno è stato esteso per 5 notti, per l'ultima volta durante il viaggio. La posizione è circondata da un centro commerciale KK, un sacco di cibo stall, 300 passi dalla stazione metropolitana XIASHA. La stanza era pulita e il pollice era dato al desk e alla squadra di servizio, facile da mantenere in contatto con loro durante il soggiorno utilizzando Wechat e anche loro pazienza per ogni richiesta.
La posizione dell'hotel di questo appartamento è molto conveniente. KK ONE Plaza è vicino. 酒店不難找，離KK One很近，沒有想象中的大，大概30平米的樣子雖然訂的是36-38平米，接待那邊説是填的交房面積，實際面積大概32平米，這個稍微有點誤導性，但是不影響。 廁所跑出來了一衹蟑螂，自己殺掉了可能是公寓所以還是會有…也就忍了因為就住一晚 總的來説還可以 住了40樓高樓挺安靜的

Location:
This hotel is located in a strategic spot with convenient access to anywhere in the city. The nearest MRT station is HuangGangCun Station, with three exits (C1, C2, and D) right in front of the hotel. If you have luggage, use exit C2, which has an escalator to the main street leading to the hotel. Be aware that there is no elevator going down to the station, so it’s easier to use the stairs from exit D for luggage. Alternatively, you can walk to the right side of the hotel and use the zebra crossing to find exit A with an escalator, which requires an 8-10 minute walk without shade. On the left side of the hotel, a 5-minute walk will take you to FuMin Station, exit C, near Ji Hotel. There are many restaurants and a local night market nearby, as well as a Starbucks and convenience store in the compound.
Room:
It got all you need. The room had a strong AC. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the smart toilet and separate shower and basin. Everything is controlled via a smart panel board. They upgraded my room for free, which had spacious space and a great city view of Shenzhen’s iconic building. The room included a free minibar with beer, tea equipment, a big LED screen TV, and a XiaoDu device for music and forecasts. Amenities included an iron and ironing board, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, comb, razor, cotton earbuds, a powerful hairdryer, comfortable bathrobe and slippers, clean towels and blanket, a recycled bag, shower cream, conditioner, shampoo, lotion, handwash, tissues box, water bottle and etc. The hotel also provides free laundry and dry service, a comfortable king-size bed and pillows, and bright rooms with good sunlight and lighting. My room is at Floor#18. Excellent soundproofing.
Shower:
The shower had strong water pressure and 24-hour hot water with quick heat-up.
Smart Toilet:
The smart toilet was excellent.
Extended Stay:
I extended my stay for another two nights. I love this hotel. Bar streets and a mall near Exhibition MRT Station are just one stop away from HuangGangCun Station. A Didi/taxi ride back to the hotel at night costs CNY 16-19 and takes about 10 minutes.
From hotel to FuTian High-Speed Train Station:
It’s only 9-12 minutes by MRT from this hotel, one way trip cost only CNY2/pax. Take MRT line 7 from HuangGang exit D, change to Line 3 at ShiXia to FuTian Station (3 stops), or take Line 4 from FuMin Station exit C directly to ShiMinZhongXin Station exit D (2 stops). I suggest downloading the Amap app for detailed routes in China.
Service:
The receptionist and housekeeping staff are friendly and willing to accommodate any issues at any time. They clean the room every day without reminders, refill amenities daily, and provide laundry service, including folding, within a day. They also offer breakfast for an additional fare.
Additional Services:
You can order food and shop online, and request the seller to send deliveries to this hotel by informing the front desk in advance. The staff will use a robot to deliver your parcel directly to your door.
If you have a local phone number, you can register as a member to receive better offers directly from the hotel.
I would definitely come back again.

YYui KeungA great stay as it had been for us the last time we were there in July for the first time. A very nice hotel indeed with friendly staff. The hotel is sparkling clean. Breakfast was very good. A brand new mall next to the hotel just opened up with great food and shopping just minutes away. We loved the self-help laundry service and enjoyed our stay overall for the second time there. Will definitely book again.

VvegaerLa camera è relativamente nuova perché è stata rinnovata di recente negli ultimi due anni.Il giroletto per i bambini è anche il più sicuro e pulito tra tanti hotel che abbiamo visitato quest'anno.I prodotti da bagno per bambini e le piccole pantofole sono punti extra. Il materasso è molto comodo L'edificio principale Lo scenario è molto buono. Inizialmente ho acquistato il pacchetto Yinghai Pavilion nell'area amministrativa questa volta. Ho prenotato temporaneamente l'edificio principale per provarlo. L'ambiente è migliore rispetto alle recensioni online. Il le strutture della piscina al piano di sotto sono relativamente grandi e le attività sono molto interessanti.Lodate lo chef che è incaricato di tagliare i noodles per la colazione il 16 settembre, e i noodles per bambini sono tagliati finemente in modo speciale. La scelta della cena a buffet era un po' limitata, non particolarmente colpita dal cibo. I piccoli dettagli della camera devono ancora essere migliorati. Quando sono tornato in camera ieri sera, ho visto che l'acqua potabile e lo yogurt erano riforniti. Anche se non ho preso l'iniziativa di attivare il servizio di couverture, è arrivato il cameriere dentro e ho visto che la stanza era così caotica e non aiutava a ripulirla.], i bidoni della spazzatura sono pieni. WWinson CheungMolto pulito, igienico e pulito. Molto buono La camera al Nanshan Dianying Hotel è davvero fantastica! Il personale della reception è stato molto cordiale e attento e mi hanno persino spostato in una tipologia di camera. La posizione è ottima, il parcheggio è comodo e ci sono molti posti auto schermo per guardare film. Tutte le camere hanno finestre. Sono molto soddisfatto. La camera e il bagno sono puliti e ordinati, con un design per la separazione del bagnato e dell'asciutto, che offrono un'esperienza comoda. La prossima volta che avrò la possibilità, sceglierò di soggiornare in questo hotel

JJoshua Clement LoOverall experience were satisfactory. The hotel is conveniently located. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. The amenities provided were adequate, and the housekeeping service was prompt and efficient.
However, I did encounter a significant issue with the ventilation. Despite staying in a non-smoking room, cigarette fumes were quite noticeable and unpleasant. It seems the smoke from other areas of the hotel was seeping into the room. Additionally, I was shocked to see guests smoking in common areas, including one instance where a guest boarded the lift from B1 with a lit cigarette.
I believe the hotel should enforce stricter non-smoking policies in common areas and improve their ventilation system to ensure a more comfortable stay in future. Hoping that the smoking policy and ventilation issues are addressed in the future.

CChungI booked two rooms and one is ok. Another room got the musty smell. The air conditioner didn't work well and drop water after sometime. I checked in at night time.so didn't ask for a change.
One room has a fridge while another no.
Price is reasonable and located near to the theme park.
Will.consider other hotels next time.
