Hotel in zona Shengtai Longteng, Shenzhen

The reom size is acceptable, but the bed layout make it hard to move the luggage. Toilet and show is sepretate and the bath tub room is assigned near the elevator. Only only elevator in the hotel and take some times to wait. The hotel entrance is just by the street at upper level, where we miss and enter the restaurant which no light which is at the basement. There are pop up shop and restaurants in the close by area and very convenient to explore the surround area.

Situato a 5 minuti di cammino dall'entrata della stazione di metro più vicina - con 3 passi di traffico da fare. C'è un supermercato situato a un minuto di cammino dall'hotel, ma il centro commerciale più vicina è a circa 15 minuti a piedi. L’ingresso è stato un po’ più lungo di quanto si poteva aspettare, ma dopo era tutto a posto, e la camera era spaziosa e veniva con un patio all’aperto. La struttura della camera era buona - la camera aveva una piattaforma in legno accanto alla parete che serviva come spazio seduto, come pure un tavolo di lavoro. I bagni e la doccia erano separati - la zona di doccia era ben progettata, con drenaggio inferiore alla zona di doccia effettiva. La camera era anche una camera ”smart” e aveva un assistente come Alexa che poteva accendere/spegnere le luci, regolare il condizionamento dell'aria e aprire/circolare le tende attraverso prompt vocali. La stanza è stata riempita quotidianamente con acqua complimentare e bevande morbide. Il servizio di trucco era in genere eccellente, ma in tempo non erano riempite alcune strutture come la carta da bagno.

very good location, spacious and nice decorated room with large balcony, broad view, free mini bar with snack and soft drink, welcome fruit, 25m swimming pool and gym, can say it’s perfect. but staff internal communication not good enough, plan to have dinner at hotel restaurant, told by front desk we were not able to have dinner as have to book in advance, finally went out for dinner. Next day we visit the restaurant, waitress told we can have dinner at restaurant even no reservation, lost opportunity, wish to try their dish

Mi piaceva davvero questo hotel. Il personale era così amichevole. Un po' umile di usare il loro inglese, ma cercavo di assicurarmi che tutto fosse per la mia soddisfazione. E'un hotel più vecchio, ma pulito e molto comodo. Molti posti buoni per mangiare a pochi passi da camminare. Alcuni posti molto bello per camminare sul retro dell'hotel.
