I really liked this hotel. The staff were so friendly. A little shy to use their English but tried hard to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It is an older hotel, but clean and very comfortable. Lots of good places to eat within short walking distance. Some really nice places to walk at the backside of the hotel. It is really quite quiet as well, which is not always the case in China. The price was very reasonable. I need to come back to this area quite often. I'll be staying at this hotel.

L'unica posizione più insolita del lavandino è andare all'ala orientale, anche se è in un hotel, ma cambiare elicottero per un lungo cammino e non riesco a trovare nessuno. Se solo una ragazza, sara' davvero un po' spaventata, (o forse sono troppo piccola). Molto consiglia che l'hotel metta un lavandino sul palazzo principale, Anche se solo una o due lavastoviglie sono buone, sono molto perfette, E'intimita'come se ci fossero macchine automatiche per vendere in ogni piano, ci fosse una faccia di vendita, ha un dolce e una bevanda, che è molto conveniente! Ma in generale, mi piace molto, è un hotel molto raccomandato!

La posizione è buona, il servizio è buono, né eccezionalmente buono né male. Un aspetto positivo è che forniscono tè al desk in mattinata. Il più grande svantaggio è che la stanza è sul pavimento e ha un odore di vapore. Il letto è anche disgustoso, e ci sono segni notevoli di moldamento sul secchio.

This is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.   I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me. The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work. On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.   I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.   If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks. So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!

Awesome place to stay. It's definitely a comeback to this place. Adjacent to metro station. Great hospitality and good ambience with nice view.

The air in the room was chokingly moldy. It looks like their air conditioning is designed such that it leaks water inside the ceiling, which is now thorough molded. The front desk people were nice, though! :)
