Third time staying in this hotel. This is my go-to hotel when going in Shenzhen. About 20 minutes away from the airport (which is good for Shenzhen), and also close to our suppliers. There is also a bar/night club behind the hotel. A lot of food around the area also. I notice that the hotel is cleaner than before. One recommendation to the hotel: get rid of the carpets in the hallway! They stink!

Nice facility and service. They staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was in a good location for what we needed and fairly straight forward to find. We arrived very late and check in was quick with staff being helpful. The entrance to the hotel is very modern and new, however, as soon as we got out the lift you could tell this was an old building. Room layout is very strange with the toilet directly next to the door. I didn't get a good sleep due to smoking odor, door alarms and other random noises. Teas, coffees and USB lead all provided, which was a nice comfort.

Highly recommended for travelers who need to spend a night near the airport. Basic and simple.

非常滿意，裝修風格雅緻，床很舒適，淋浴噴頭水流量很大，沖澡很舒服。一開始電視打不開，打給總枱反應以後馬上就有工作人員上門維修了，服務質量好評，點外賣到酒店以後也會有機器人直接送到門口，非常便捷，總的來説體驗很不錯。

前台小姐姐人特別好，為我特意升級了幾木大床房，讓我生病想找個安靜地方休息的心情得到治癒。早餐如出一轍，相當豐盛。安靜且衞生，好評。

早餐很豐盛，中西結合，最棒的是亞朵的服務是真的沒話説，可以餐廳就餐也可以外帶打包，上班沒時間也可以請客房姐姐幫忙洗烘衣物，前台小姐姐非常nice，有時候外面應酬的飯菜也可以帶回來加熱。總之就是出差深圳必住亞朵，懷德分店我住了一個多月了哦！

住亞朵最差的一次體驗。 1、衞生一般。地毯有明顯污痕，第一間房入住後發現桌子、地板打翻飲料沒收拾乾淨（黏黏的）。 2、空調衹有製冷，連送風抽濕功能都沒有；房間小，整體很潮濕，有蚊子，要命。 3、隔音很差。早晨有人在走廊説話、拉拉鍊的聲音清清楚楚，走在走廊能聽到房間傳來**視頻的聲音。。。 4、服務意識一般。申請換房時跟前台溝通並不愉快，第二天進餐廳地毯沒鋪平，容易絆倒（不理解，烘乾後沒熨平可以不鋪啊）；隔壁房間還有客人在休息、清潔阿姨打掃房間大聲聊天。 5、也有優點，房間床品品質還是在線，早餐也還ok。 這家酒店明顯是舊酒店改造而來的，有翻新痕跡但不徹底，比如兩個房間都有牆壁膩子剝落、牆角有黴跡、濕水會漏水到幹區等現象，浴室洗手枱沒安掛鈎。終於知道為什麼這家店便宜一些，X店就是開盲盒，一分價錢一分貨吧。

地點方便，附近有一個商場，而且周邊很多不同類型的食肆。酒店整體環境不錯，前台都很有禮貌，服務很好。房間很乾淨舒適。
