It is quite convenient place for staying in Shenzhen, just near to electronics market, downstairs have alot of food shops , cooperative staff , worker staff no 10 lady is very cooperative. Even can delay the checkout time

It is a converted office building but the room layout is excellent for the price. I did have to wait 20 minutes for receptionist, there was a number but I didnt have a local phone number to call it. The room was nice, location is close to Electonics city which is nice for traders.

It’s called Executive but there was nothing “executive” about these apartments. The apartment is tired in appearance and very basic in amenities. The bed was like seeping on a hardwood box, pillow very cheap. Towels clean and fresh. There is also a small kitchenette with stove and fridge, but not one piece of cutlery or plate or pan to enable its use. Very disappointed with our stay, although the staff were helpful and did their best to help where they could

It’s a good option but I didn’t like it

The room is spacious and convenient. Cleaning service daily and fine. The kitchen is lacking basic amenities. No plates, silverware or cooking supplies.

不錯的前台8號小姐姐很好，免費幫忙延遲了退房時間，房間也比較舒服。底下就是商圈吃的物品很多，點外賣很方便。住得也安心。酒店位置優越、乾淨整潔，隔音效果非常棒，服務態度貼心，性價比很高

房間挺開闊的，前台8號小姐姐服務很好，性價比很好，位置也挺好挺方便的。樓下有保安值班，安全，公寓式酒店，距離深圳北也就20來分鐘的路程，附近吃東西也特別方便，樓下就很多。下次再來的話還是會優先考慮這裏，真誠評價

住了好幾次的酒店，當中雖然也有各種覺得欠缺的地方，比如住一晚被告知他們沒有及時給房東付費而導致斷水斷電，不得不臨時換房。但想着大家都不容易，也沒有計較。人生第一次差評給到他們是因為消費將近一萬塊錢的住宿費，遺漏一件衣服在那，讓快遞回來，對老客户都不願意承擔一個快遞費，堅持要到付，就覺得當時自己的換位思考有點多餘，失望。

性價比很高。高層房間，寬敞明亮，有獨立的洗衣機和小露台，房間空間感很好，跟平台上的照片一致。公寓位於燕南路，樓下100米範圍內遍佈各類店鋪，吃飯購物都很方便。交通便捷，二號線A出口上來10米就是C棟商務樓了。服務也不錯，8號客服態度非常好

環境和衞生都挺好的，房間有洗衣機冰箱，前台小姐姐6號服務很熱情，點外賣吃也很方便，樓下就是燕南地鐵站A口，地鐵出行很方便，樓下是個商場，麥當勞點都德奈雪盒馬鮮生屈臣氏茶餐廳什麼都有，很方便，樓下安保也挺好，整體住得很舒服，下次去深圳還會住這家。

離燕南地鐵站A出口非常近，交通出行，購物美食都很方便。前台服務不錯，搞衞生阿姨也好。就是房間的設施一般般，浴巾爛了都不換還給客人用，被子也是破的，還很黃，這個實在很難接受。電視台看不了，要收錢，全是點播的項目。其他都不錯，除了衞生間小點，也能接受吧。好評是給前台服務的。

今次是再次入住此商務酒店，首先是前枱的客務服人员8号小姐姐，一如继往，服务态度殷勤亲切。 在房间内發现一张白色沙发，感觉换然一新。 在开电视時，原来是关了總制，在詢問下，才找到位置，期後未能个电视遙控未能使用，再次詢問，不过五分钟，8号小姐姐便到房间，並且解决了问题。 在此感谢8号小姐姐的幫忙，雖则說是她的工作，可是並非每所酒店的人员都抱着此服务态度及效率。
