Front desk staff was very friendly to have upgraded our room! We had a comfy stay with a big room and there’s a balcony outside so we could enjoy some drinks outdoor.
We went to the gym which has treadmill and some dumbbells. It provided towel and bottle water.
The room service and room supplies were brought up by an automatic bot which is cute and easy to use.
Overall, the experience is great and we will be back!

The hotel staff were very friendly and could all speak English really well.
I was happy with the mini bar and my hotel window review which was really spectacular at night time. Hopefully I will be back next time I visit Futian for the weekend!

The room is large, clean and the utilities inside the room is high quality. We appreciated the upgraded sea-view balcony room, very nice view. The receptionist is very helpful and introduced the nearby restaurants and shopping malls to us. Recommended.
