We have a wonderful experience staying in this hotel! Upon arrival, the concierge handled our luggages with care and was attended by 农彩紅 at the front desk. She is super friendly and helpful in many aspects. She went the extra mile to let us inspect the room and helped us with some enquiries. The other hotel staff are friendly too. Our room is clean, big and comfortable. Love their high quality toiletries with lavender scent. Also like the separate bathroom and toilet for our preference. Truly an unexpected good experience staying in Mercure Shenzhen Sports Center Hotel. Will definitely return when we are here the next time.

Stayed here for the night. Location is a bit far off from the metro station but no issues with going to other parts of Shenzhen. The facilities definitely make up for it. Will come here again if I have to go around Luohu/Futian side.

the location is not near public transport, so need car. the staff is friendly. the layout of the hotel / original hotel is a bit weird and angular, so the room layout is also a bit angular and strange. free mini bar is nice. room is of OK size, not too spacious. this place is good for business stay or just transit stay i suppose.

Hotel is very nice, clean, also modern facilities. I met the staffs (Nini and Lily) are very kind and helpful. I will back here when travel to SZ.

The hotel was better then expected! They have all the necessary amenities and feels almost like a 5 star hotel. Location is also pretty near to most stuff. Recommended to come and stay!
