Again I go here it’s good only 2 issue I request many time but hotel management ignored. In laundry room they have steamer this cannot be iron machine please add iron machine with board also smart function of control room specially air conditioning must be with controller not Chinese voice only

In the town. Very close to metro station, easy to find food around. But breakfast same menu everyday

The hotel is very well located and extremely clean. The staff can’t speak English and this could be a challenge sometimes. The room was good enough but not convinient for non Chinese speakers, it works with voice commands!

Worth the price . Clean and hygienic place . Staff was friendly

Hotel staff service is excellent though the venue location main entrance orientation is a bit weird. It’s very difficult to locate in dim nightlight the hotel if you are not local staying in China. I use food delivery service via Meituan to ease my hunger for late night supper. Can’t access any food since I stay 1 night only and check in almost near midnight and have to check out early in the morning for my flight.

The room was nice and clean, service was also efficient. If you’re a light sleeper you’d need earplugs or other devices to ward off the noise as sounds from the hallway (neighbors’ voices/doors shutting) and drainage systems were quite an issue. Do request for the hotel to keep the windows shut as mosquitoes were also an issue (the window was open upon our arrival). If sounds don’t bother you then this hotel is a convenient choice.

Location is good and convenience. Price is very good deal. I will come again.

酒店位置方便，地鐵站附近，走路大約5-10分鐘。樓下就有便利店，離萬象天地都是10-15分鐘路程。大堂相當不起眼，前台是三張辦公桌，有啲奇怪，若然加一些擋版或換成高身的枱，令客人看不到職員的文具，機器，釘書機之類會比較好。現在感覺不太專業。房間就相對比較好，應該是近一兩年新裝修，有智能管家，但反應一般，下達指令有時他聽不到或沒反應，有待加強。房間枕頭比較軟身，睡一夜頸都痛了。訂了外賣，酒店是機械人送餐都可以，送餐時間快。早餐在對面樓的地下，種類都挺多，有粉面青菜，有粥，也有水果面包，早餐麥片等等。整體來說，表現對得起價錢。

來深圳出遊，入住的這家酒店真的超級滿意！！ 辦理入住時前台工作人員超級有禮貌，效率也很高！會耐心介紹酒店的設施以及周邊的美食和景點。 酒店離地鐵站超級近，步行三五分鐘就到了，出行簡直不要太方便！！ 房間寬大整潔，設施都很完善，一應俱全！房間裏還有冰箱飲料都是免費的 還有免費洗衣服務 還備有雨傘 真的太周到太為客人着想了！點外賣也不用自己下去拿，有機器人送到房間 超級便捷！ 晚上睡覺也很安靜，周邊沒有什麼鬧市，也沒有汽車的轟鳴聲，睡眠質量很高！ 還有就是這裏的早餐 真的超級豐盛！！中西式結合！還有水果！真的絕了！超級滿足！！ 整體來説就是非常之滿意👍 來這住有一種回家的感覺，太周到了！下次來這邊還會住這家酒店！大讚！！ 清月的服務也超級好！超級有禮貌！
