Recensioni su Insail Hotel (Shenzhen Luohu Dongmen)

It was a decent stay experience as a solo traveler at this hotel in Shenzhen. This time, I planned to move to HongKong after a day trip in Shenzhen so I decided to select a hotel near the border and this was the best option I could choose overall including price efficiency. The service was neither excellent nor bad since the front desk staffs finished my check-in procedure quickly but they were not that welcoming either. I wish they could have some more smiles on their face so guests could feel more welcomed at the moment of first arrival. The room was spacious with more than enough amenities but I wished it could have been a bit cleaner than it was honestly. Yet, the hygiene condition was acceptable for sure. Lastly, it’s a bit distant from the city center so those who plan to stay near the border are recommended to choose this hotel. Otherwise, I think you can consider other options elsewhere. :)

Morning shift reception was good, night shift receptionist was ****, rude af and scolded us because we are foreigners and have no china number and identification number ( ps we are msia chinese, we understand mandarin). Too rude, not recommending anyone staying here just because it's cheap. And btw, the locals there smoke a lot in the hotel, ignoring those rules and loud at night too, mostly locals stay in the hotel. The nearest train station is 20 mins walk and it was hectic. Not recommending this place. 踩雷

Room was nice and big. Cleanliness was top notch, receptionist was polite.

This hotel said its 3 stars. No. Its not very good. Dirty and no windows

They need to hire English speakers at this hotel because I had problems communicating and this hotel does not seem foreigner-friendly. The elevators and hallways smell like cigarette smoke. I recommend air purifier machines in the hallways to make moving about the interior more pleasant.
