Kind of busy when I visited as major convention in town. But still pleasant to stay and lots of choice for breakfast.

If you don't have much a of a choice, I suppose it will do. The hotel is a little run down, the staff is friendly,, the hotel is not up to date as to modern standards.

前台服務很好 房間衞生很乾凈 已經多次入住了 前台小姐姐凌晨還堅守在前台，還要站着上班 應該加工資 👍👍👍

位置於11號線马安山站，步行比較遠，打車10元左右，酒店設施比較舊，房間乾，浴室水力充足，但WiFi 只能用微信登錄才能用，用境外電話SMS 也不能驗正，希望錦江集團改善一下，前台的服務員太忙了，房間的卷廁紙用完，吃完早餐後，跟他說送上房，可到了中午退房仍未有；另外早餐，食物跟不上，盤盤都空空的，牛奶，豆漿叫阿姨，才加入，水果更不要提了，一出就搶完了！

來的時候沒有帶窗的，因為經常住維也納免費給我升級了商務房，還贈送了早餐，貼心服務，房間很安靜，樓下菜館也不錯

入住前接到了酒店打的電話，詢問是否需要提前打開空調。酒店前台服務很專業，開房速度很快，雖然排隊的人很多，但是並沒有等太久。本人定的是商務大床房，住在16樓，外面挺安靜的，樓下停車場也很大。總之這次入住體驗非常不錯

房間退房忘記拍照了，剛開始訂的是商務雙床，來前台推薦了親子房，更合適所以改訂了。走的時候還送給妹妹泡泡水和小玩具。提個小建議哈，剛進大堂確實沒看懂這兩個小人牌子是什麼意思，希望酒店能做一個更醒目的廣告牌。房間本身挺棒的！

訂酒店之前是看上了酒店的停車場很大，對於我們這種外地到深圳旅遊的是比較友好的酒店，性價比是比較高的，地鐵口不遠，世界之窗冰雪世界帶小孩子玩也不賴；酒店工作人員的態度也很好，還贈送了小孩子的禮物，小朋友好開心

沒想到酒店旁邊吃和玩都挺多的，附近有一個夜市，還有可以帶小朋友玩水的地方離的都不遠，燃想樂園一定要帶泳鏡，個人覺得他的水有點刺眼睛水上樂園都這樣玩的人還挺多的，建議週一到週五去；感覺大人跟小孩都可以玩，比較不錯
