This hotel is amazing, especially because of its outstanding supportive staff. When I arrived, I lost and I was stolen my phone at the airport. One of the hotel staff negotiated with airport officials and the police on my behalf. Thanks to their efforts, they were able to find it and retrieve it, and I eventually got it back. I was certain I would never find it, so I was deeply impressed by his sense of justice and willingness to help.

The hotel is located close to Main Bazaar and New Delhi Railway Station and hence close the subway. The rooms are clean enough, but facilities are a bit old. There is a 24-hour front desk and a water cooler with drinking water. Wi-Fi was ok.

Zostel Delhi is honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed at, the staff were incredibly friendly, and they were the highlight of my experience. I’ve rarely met such amazing people during my travels, in their free time, they’d sit down to chat with travelers, and I loved how everyone gathered around the couches for conversations, I spent hours there. I’d definitely stay here again when in Delhi, thanks for the cozy experience!

We had a great stay at the Zostel. From the moment of arrival, staff were kind and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Ours was quite spacious. It’s in a great location near the New Delhi railway station, which is easily accessible to the airport and most attractions by metro. Heads up: all power goes out in the room when you leave for the day, including the fridge in your room! We didn’t know and lost some food. 😕 Charge everything overnight and just plan to eat out. Overall a good stay. We would return.

Pretty good hostel. Location is good. Staff are nice and helpful. The chain is consistent across India. Definitely recommend

照片上看起來真的滿漂亮的，但住進去後發現，不少東西都慢老舊的，但還好床及床附近都還算乾淨與整齊，起碼跟照片比較像。但沒有熱水這一點有點無法接受，還有房間出現兩隻蟑螂….然後就被我打死了，希望飯店可以注意一下衛生！然後廁所要附衛生紙。

Stayed here at our first night in India and in Delhi and was very pleased. Was offered a tour of Old Delhi for the next day by Zubin. He was amazing at taking us around comfortably and making sure we all felt safe at all times. Zostel was somewhere we felt comfortable and the service was impeccable. We stayed in a girls dorm and had no issues whatsoever. Sam is also the nicest face to arrive to after such a crazy introduction to Delhi!

Great place to stay close to New Delhi station. Very clean. Friendly staff - a big thank you to Jagannath who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. My only issue would be that their website states you can pay with card (which was one of the main reasons we booked), but on arrival, they would only take cash - they need to update their website.

Stayed in Private Room And here is my experience 2 pros:- Great location near railway station Neat and clean 3 cons:- Ac was not working properly One side of double bed was borken, luckily I was alone Too much noise even around private room One advice:- Check out on time ,before 10 or they will keep calling you untill you get frustrated, I got 4 calls between 9:55 to 10:15 even after telling them that I'm about to check out

This was a first for us, and we returned a second time during our time away. The staff here were fantastic. Easy to understand and communicate with. On our first arrival the lift was broken so our bags were carried to our room. The hot water in our room didn’t work, but a solution was found within 30mins. We had problems with our TV and it was solved within 10mins. Nothing was too hard. The property was clean and there was a variety of different areas to chill out. There was an onsite café and across the road was a small grocery store (good for water), fruit stand, chemist and phone dealer (good for picking up a SIM card). Location was easy and convenient once we found it. Only negative, the rooms had no windows and the beds were short and on the hard side for us Aussies. We stayed in a standard double and were very happy with our lockable room and private bathroom. Would definitely return if we ever head back to India.

Best hostel to stay. The staff was friendly. The building is also huge and the way they managed the property is so well. I am a regular guest of zostel and zostel delhi as well. I always suggest people to opt zostel only. The mattress is also good.

I stayed at Zostel Delhi for 2 days, the staff here is very supportive and friendly. They also organized a walking tour of old delhi (Chandni Chowk, Red fort, Gurudwara Sis Ganj Sahib and Jama Masjid). It was overall a very good experience that I'm sure, I'll remember for a long time.
