The place was so much worth it compare to it’s price, all staff are polite, warm and kind. We had a very great stay.

Its the unprofessional of a 4 star hotel I’ve ever experience. No staff at all at the property upon arrival ended up found out that hotel was declared bankrupt since Aug 23 but still bookable at Trip.com. Refund process taking too long just to wait a hotel that has been declare bankrupt, left by the employee just to get the refund processed by Trip.com. More over, I need to find an alternative hotel by my self, just because Trip.com need to get clarification from hotel whether the situation explained is legit. What a day, that I never ever forget as the worst and unprofessional.

Quick access to private beach, two swimming pools and restaurants with delicious various food. The location is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. And spa services were absolutely great. Definitely will recommend this hotel to stay!

We had a wonderful time at Tijili Benoa hotel. At first we planned to stay only one night, but we really liked it very much and continued to extend it. We couldn’t leave because it was so comfortable and cozy. The price is very favorable for this location. The hotel has its own beach, quiet and peaceful with clean sand and water. Also there is a large swimming pool. One more pool is on the rooftop overlooking the sea. The restaurant has very tasty food and reasonable prices. The hotel staff is very friendly. Room is very clean, has all necessary amenities, quite and cozy. We'll definitely book room in Tijili Benoa hotel next time.

Tijili Benoa is a perfect resort for families in Nusa Dua. There are many amenities for children including a Kids Club with a babysitter (for parents) as well as play areas. The pools are great! The private beach access is also very nice. The breakfast is pretty good and they rotate some dishes from day to day so that the food doesn’t become too boring. The highlight of the stay for my son was the Kids Club. The babysitter was really great with kids and played with my son and got him to open up even with him being shy. She is awesome! We will be back next time we are in Nusa Dua.

This hotel is amazing. I have a comfort stay, beautiful sunrise, wonderful pool and clean beach. Also food is good. I truly recommend this hotel, front beach at affordable price. Definitely will comeback to this hotel when i had a chance to visit Bali again. Keep it up!

Decent stay hotel for family and children

We stay two night . Monday evening the hotel went bankrupt. I can't not see most of employees . They didn't clean the room even common space. You need find any solutions for the customer.

The hotel itself is ok and the personnel is quite good. The only problem during my stay was swimming, all the jet-ski and other water vehicles goes left and write very close to the beach which is a little unsafe and cause a bad smell and the smell of exhaust gas.

Overall good stay but my room is connecting room, so the next room is can hear if people talking

Swimming pool and the beach were awesome. I also liked the bamboo restaurant.

It has such a phenomenal view of the beach. They have water sports right next door and the roof top pool is perfect for tanning.
