The location is a bit far away, but the sea view and yacht view are really beautiful. There are many check-in spots, and the sunrise is even more beautiful.

The hotel environment is beautiful, and the service of Xiao Qiu Xiaojiang at the front desk is very good. Come again next time.

Nice place to relax even though the weather was not great for outside activities. I will come back definitely.

Overalls are great, but from the room to the lift is so far away, see if can any improvement.

An amazing place for families. We were the only foreigners there but the staff made us feel very welcome. We paid more because it was a holiday but it was actually worth it. Food was really good though next time we’ll skip the dinner buffet. It was raining but there is still lots to do for kids! We loved this place.

The rooms are clean, hotel view is nice, staff is friendly. There are not many restaurants or places to go in walking distance. Breakfast is abundant but tastes average

My girlfriend and I stayed here along time ago during the time of COVID in 2021. Back then it was empty with only a few attendees. Now it was bustling and it was packed! I was happy to see that this place was doing well. A popular and great place for families and couples on weekend get away. Shout out to Damon Liu. He took care of my girlfriend and I our entire stay. He even helped me get a cake for my girlfriend since we were there for her birthday celebration! All the staff I interacted with were super nice with incredible service. They even brought us one emergency first aid kit when my girlfriend broke her nail Our room was clean and we were provided with enough amenities for a weekend stay. The dinner buffet and breakfast buffet were top quality. Super good and worth your money and stomach. Overall great stay! If your a foreigner in Shenzhen, come here and ask for Damon Liu. He speaks proper English and he’s a gentleman. 10/10 will go back soon again.

Total disregard for their customers. Was looking forward to a quiet stay however they booked a loud obnoxious “team building” group and positioned them right in front of the units making it impossible to stay there. The management did absolutely nothing about it and then stopped answering our calls to reception. The docile manager just kept saying sorry but had no intention of doing anything. There was no warning and after traveling quite a distance to stay there we were very disappointed in our treatment. There obviously only thinking of their bottom line at the expense of others. Very poor performance, avoid the disappointment, stay somewhere else.

The place is great , I can’t believe

Bad services at the beginning of check-in, the staff spoke too fast, seems just speaking for herself. I had asked a question for 3 times but without answered the correct information to me. For the car park payment, had already scan for free in the front desk, but still cannot drive out smoothly. The staff in the car park exit seems said it is my fault. For the breakfast, it is too crowd even in the weekday. The table is set too close each other, in this COVID-19 period, seems it is not suitable. This hotel served many customer for holding meeting or training in their hotel, it makes many different people live in. At the night, some people drunk and knock my room door several times, it is so annoying. Overall feeling of this hotel is they think the ocean scenery is the selling point, for the others, they have no concern.

Stayed in many hotels over all the continents, I’d never expect such a great service at this corner of the world. Miss 陈柔均 has outperformed almost all other hotel service providers by far, even comparing to all the five star hotels in Hong Kong. She understands that I’m traveling with a child and elders, so she managed to put our rooms on the same floor and close to the main elevator. Every time I have to fetch something from the parking which is close to the main elevator, I would thank her for her thoughtfulness. She did not only shine on us while we were in her sight at the lobby, but she constantly greeted us to make sure we received the fruits she sent, we were comfortable in our rooms and at night hours when the snack were served in the lobby for people in need. I can’t express more on my gratitude towards her kindness. I would not allowed anyone to call this services. To me, her kindness and caring have made this hotel my second home for the coming years.
