Very good room for a reasonable price, and it comes with a free cookie. Shuttle isn’t 24/7 so you have to watch out for that. There is a pool outside.

Shuttle transfer took over an hour and I was hung up on. Pool was not opened at the advertised time so kids never got to swim since we didn’t get checked in on time because of the shuttle. Mattress on sofa bed had stains and was very thin.

Sorry to see the lack of concern at registration. Prices were outragous for this type of room. Breakfast was expensive and being served one piece of toast for eggs and bacon seems cheap. Along with the fact that the coffee station at the reception costs more than $5 for a miserable cup of bad coffee. Where is the service and reputation. Housekeepers were servicable and pleasant.

There’s worst hotels out there but I’m not giving this hotel 5 stars because our bed sheets were dirty and pillows had hair so that was disturbing. The iron wasn’t working properly. The lobby coffee was over priced there wasn’t any complimentary water bottles as there is at other hotels. The towels were bad poor quality. Here’s a lot of room for improvement here. We got the suit which is suppose to be one of the best ones and my expectations were not met. We laid $300 for just one night selected a big suit because we thought it would be top tier but we been too better.

Old sheets, stained sofa mattress, no free coffee, only $4 machine coffee in lobby, market was out of food, I had asked to make up sofa bed in advance & it was not done.

I wish we had the breakfast buffet. I remember staying here when we had the breakfast buffet at no cost. The room is good and clean. But i don’t think i would stay here again with the high price and no complementary breakfast buffet.

Just stayed one night for a nearby concert. Food was good and the rooms are clean if not a little sterile. Not a lot of charm but it is a hotel for the business class and it did the job for us.

We had multiple reservations for the same room type. The others arrived before us and got rooms on 3rd floor. They put us on the 5th floor because they said we had a "business class" room. The only difference we saw, and confirmed with hotel staff, was two small throw pillows on the couch. Then the elevators broke. No accommodation for having to carry our luggage down 5 flights of stairs. The front desk even charged me for a cup of coffee even though the elevators were broken. They do not care at all, they got my money and I can just piss off.
