Prenoterei di nuovo ma una stanza più grande. La porta in vetro installata non completamente chiusa per il bagno/toilette non sarà mai la mia preferita. La reception è orientata al servizio e accogliente. Il personale addetto alle pulizie dovrebbe essere istruito a comunicare senza urlare alle 9:30. Posizione buona. Nessuna vista, ma questo è sempre un problema con i piccoli hotel nel centro della città. Mi sarei aspettato più articoli dei fan di CR7.

The hotel offers cozy rooms and a convenient location, but it's important to note that some guests may experience discomfort due to the elevated noise levels coming from neighboring rooms. Despite reporting constant shouting, stomping, and items being thrown on the floor, the hotel staff unfortunately did not take effective action to address the situation. In such cases, I recommend reaching out to the hotel management or using noise-cancelling devices for a more comfortable stay.

The hotel was perfect with the location. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast was good but the menu is always same. The rooms are bit small and the rest room too. Over all it was a great stay at CR7.

We felt like we were deceived by the hotel description and pictures, paying 180 euros per night for a 1-star budget hotel. I booked a double room however the hotel provided us with two single beds. When I requested to combine the two beds and make into it a big bed, they were not able to do it. So I had to make my own bed by rearranging the bedding, which was ridiculous. The room was extremely small with very basic amenities. No kettle or any tea/ coffee. The first two bottles of water in the room were free but you have to pay if you need more. The toilet was so small that it cannot even let two people stand together. Of course, toilet amenities were also cheap and basic. I would expect a better room with better amenities for a hotel room that costs 180 euros per night. The standard of this hotel is like a 1-star budget hotel. Also, they gave us a room with no view at all. There was a small window facing the wall of another ugly building that is just 1.5 meters away. No sunlight could come into the room. We felt like living in jail for many days. They should have warned customers about this. This type of room should be of a big discount, instead of selling at a normal price. Their air conditioner is set to turn off automatically after 15-30 minutes, while I was in Lisbon, the temperature was like 37 degrees C. I don't think it is acceptable for a hotel without aircon. I am so relieved I can now finally escape from them. At their price range, you will have a much better option near Rossio Square, do not stay in this hotel if you want your trip to be happy.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The location is absolutely great. For a long stay the room is a bit small and doesn’t offer enough storage amenities.

It’s a nice, trendy hotel in a good area. The restaurant and bar is nice. The room is comfortable. I liked the mood lighting that you could change colors. The bed was pretty hard, but okay for the one night. It’s probably a little over priced for the area and the value.

Lisbon was great. The hotel was in a good location, within walking distance to the coast and lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself could be inproved. We had issues with the air conditioning which kept increasing temperature and found the room hot and uncomfortable. We notified staff though no fix. Soundproofing to the hallway wasn't great either which didn't help with kids running up and down the stairs and hallway at night. The shower extractor was useless, having to leave the door open before it turned into a steam room. They could also do with a new iron as the one they kept sending us was broken from the ceramic plate.

This hotel was the best option for us as we wanted to spend a Spring break with our college students as close to public transportation and the city center. It offers a wonderful breakfast for 15 EUR when preordered one day ahead and 20 EUR on the same day. The rooms are small but cozy. Room service was phenomenal, staff also. We enjoyed staying here, although gym is super tiny.

Excellent! Specially the staff. Nuno went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and helped us with everything with a smile on his face. In general, the staff was incredible.

Good property, near most of the main attractions and shops. Staff were friendly. The only drawback was the offsite parking offered: unless you don’t get the car out during your entire stay, it was 41 euros per day.

It wasn't what I saw in the pictures, the room was too small and we had to ask to put the air conditioner at night. No gift as ball or hat as the photo shows
