It is great to stay with my friends. I really enjoyed the swimming pool and rooms. All rooms have a great smart technologies. I was shocked. It is really technology city. I will come again. Thank you again.

The location is excellent and convenient as it's near to the MTR station. There are different shopping malls around. The view is stunning at the 33rd floor and the roof top. However, the facilities are limited

The apartment was really nice, with excellent facilities inside the house. Very clean, great pool, amazing views. The building is in a great location with a lot of restaurants and public transportation nearby. I would love to come back and stay there again. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate. Would recommend anytime! PS: My only comment is I wish the apartment had a couch.

Where do I even begin with this review !!! There are soo many things to talk about but not enough words to describe how beautiful this place was !! And also the amazing host who was super helpful and accomodating and always checking in to see if everything was okay, instantly messaged back answering any queries I had being a foreigner only speaking English she made everything so easy! Room review : if you’re looking for the most beautiful views, very classy, homely, convenient to shops, restaurants, public transport, taxi’s everything you need this is the place. Located on the top floor, This room was soo beautiful ! Spotless clean with a clean on sight incase you needed something, and it also had a hint of romantic vibes at night having the bath tub and the projector that comes down after a long day of exploring. Shower was huge and heated toilet seat. The aesthetics were just well layed out. Everything was controlled from the wall panels from the curtains to lighting, aircon ect so everything in the room was at the control of your finger tips. I could go on and on about this place after the first night here I regretted not staying longer sadly there was another person who had already booked when I was meant to check out otherwise I would have stay a extra few nights. Some of the neighbours also very friendly and helpful one of them carried my suitcase up the stairs for me. Value for money was more than I expected ! Because of this place I will be visiting again in a few months!! One of my top favourite places to stay in China !!

Really awesome penthouse stay that is very clean and convenient. The owner is very sweet to help us with our qns very quickly through wechat. We are literally just a street away from the Dongmen Pedestrian street which has all kinds of massages, food, clothes, etc. The smart home tech is also fantastic and the shower is amazing, you can adjust the precise temperature needed. Butler and cleaning aunty were v helpfull too with our luggages n questions. Not to mention the incredible view that greets us every day and night!

It's a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and modern luxury at a reasonable price. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Really lovely place for a stay in Shenzhen. Clean, spacious and truly what you would call a smart home. Every corner and aspect digitally controlled through the touch panels. Good location with malls and several eateries within walking distance.

Everything is great inside the room. There are even a pool inside!!

天台一號Skyline，為了那個在33樓天台的私人泳池慕名而來，果然沒有讓人失望。國貿站步行7分鐘直達，在著名中式茶樓儲香樓對面，地點非常方便。自助登記入住模式，密碼鎖進出。整個房間以白色設計為主，非常舒適，冷氣暖氣水壓水溫都正常，浴室的企缸和浴缸設計非常好。睡房中的落地大玻璃，飽覽整個深圳市的夜景，非常漂亮。室外的私人泳池面積很大，私隱度極高，有24小時過濾系統，水質清澈沒有半點垃圾。除了那個電子化的冷氣按鈕比較難操控，也真的找不到什麼需要投訴的地方了，躍升深圳住宿推介榜第一名，這次5星好評不足以反映我的滿意程度，需要給予10星，完美的體驗。

員工及貓咪有善, 環境非常好 天台及房間景觀超讚, 室內全智能 房間連泳池很適合家庭 但6歲以下注意安全, 水深過120cm, 泳池旁邊樓梯對小孩老人都有危險 浴室地板沾水後,很容易滑到, 4個人3個滑了, 但有很多一次性用品, 非常衛生, 用完的一次性浴巾放地上防滑 整體感覺非常好, 大人小朋友都希望再來

В Реале он еще красивей) идеальная чистота , шикарный вид , есть даже аптечка и детские тапочки и детскими зубными щетками , что не всегда встречается в хороших 5 звездочных отелях . Быстрый интернет, и пентхаус напичкан различными умными девайсами. Все очень современно) Шикарный вид с крыши) А еще там живут котики у хозяйки , они как плюшевые игрушки )) Хозяйка очень красивая милая девушка, рада знакомству, обязательное приедем еще в этот отель ) все очень понравилось

訂咗泳池房間，有私人泳池，好乾淨，水夠深很好游，有房有廳，有浴池浸浴，房間裝修好有設計感，好有度假feel 😊，廚房是共用的，熱水煲雪櫃都在房間外，都近，開房門隔離就係。入大門要行兩層樓梯，樓梯很美。業主送了個蛋糕給我預備生日😊

適逢五日黃金周，找了很多家酒店都沒房了，機緣巧合之下，我找到了這間民宿最後一個available的房間。 是次體驗十分滿意，地理位置方便，環境舒適，衛生也很好，客服的回應也很殷切，期待下次再體驗其他房間！
