Era la prima volta che provavo un ostello della gioventù e mi sono sentito molto bene. L'ambiente è molto pulito, il letto è molto comodo e il capo imposta anche orari tranquilli di notte, il che è fantastico, riesco a dormire bene! Abbiamo anche aiutato a trasportare i bagagli! Il capo è molto gentile, consiglio di soggiornare qui!

The photos are not from the apartment I stayed. They advertised the place had a swimming pool when it did not. There's one single bathroom for more than 10 people. If someone is showering (and with 10 people, there's always someone showering), you can't pee for over 15-20 minutes. The shower had hot water for 30 seconds, then it was ice cold. This was at 2 pm; in the evening when lots of people are showering, forget about it. There's hair everywhere. The kitchen is super small and there are suitcases everywhere, both in the room as in the kitchen/living room. There's absolutely no cooking utensils. Why to advertise you have a kitchen if you don't have a single pan? Also no cups or mugs to drink water from the kettle. The public/common room they advertised in their trip page is more than 100m away, in another building, and there's no WiFi there (they also advertised free Wi-Fi). There's nowhere to hang out besides the bed. I stayed in the 6 bed dorm so it was actually a room, the 4 bed, which is more expensive, is actually right besides the kitchen/entrance door - it's probably difficult to sleep there with people coming and going all night. The mattress in the bed is as thin as a towel. I booked for 5 nights and expected that at some point I'd get a lower bed, but all the lower beds are taken by long term guests. I have no idea how a horrible place like this has a rating 4.7, probably fake reviews from people that come stay one night and rent long term directly with them and get discounts for positive review.

Actually it is my first time staying in China. The Host of the Hotel Apartment, 恩平 is very friendly and helpful. Having a good stay in Shen Zhen. There is a washing machine, 3 RMB per wash or you can wash yourself. The place will be cleaned everyday.

One of my favourite places to stay when passing by Shenzhen. it's easy to get here from Hong Kong. The location has everything from transport to food, malls and other essentials. The manager lives in the hostel, that ensures proper cleanliness and less noisy atmosphere. Very hard working person. The guests are all Chinese and young people, mix of long term mostly. Ocassionally some travellers as well.

It's a good place to stay for catching trains the next day. Also, if you are arriving late from Hong kong. Expect a mostly Chinese long term crowd. But the owner lives in too. That means he maintains the place and rules. It can get hot without the ac. But in winters should be fine.

The location is good, nearby hongshan station. The owner is really kind and helpful, will guide you how to get to the parcel, as there is no reception, recommend you to text to the owner. Good value for money.k

It was a freat place that which cost efficient. I extremely suggest this place besides the owner is extremely kind against customers.

I had a great stay at this hostel! It's incredibly clean, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. The location is also a huge, plus it's just a short walk to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around the city. The owner is friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions or needs. Another perk is that there are plenty of food options nearby, so finding a good meal is never an issue. Overall, I highly recommend this hostel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Good place, convenient location very close to 红山站. Easy to check-in - just reach out to the hostel in advance and give them your WeChat, and you will get all the information needed. Easy to get around because of close proximity to the subway. Lots of shops and restaurants/cafées nearby (although you'll find better food in more central areas). Dorms have kitchen and bathrooms - not so much space in the dorm, so if you have a lot of luggage this may be an issue. Also safety box is a bit small. Would be nice with soap for the sink to be filled up regularly and cleaning every day because of how many people share the bathroom - but general cleanliness wasn't really and issue. Good place for a few nights.

There’s a accessible 24 hours super market downstairs, the house is arrange and always clean and the host is very hospitable I’ll definitely book it next time I’m in town , I recommend it 100%

A very considerate host and nothing to complain about with this budget price. The only dissatisfaction is the unfriendly security guard on the ground floor which keep forcing foreigners to register their name when already informed that will stay here for few days. As a result, I don’t feel like to go out to explore the places as it caused severe inconveniences and brought bad impressions. I guess to resolve this issue is to offer a temporary access card, all the best to your business!
