Il resort è carino e la camera è spaziosa e confortevole, tuttavia io e alcuni dei miei amici abbiamo avuto punture di insetti su gambe e braccia e abbiamo sospettato che si trattasse di insetti molesti perché il prurito persiste per settimane.

Il resort è bellissimo, in perfetto stile isolano, con un sacco di verde. Anche la piscina e la colazione erano fantastiche. Ma la spiaggia non era delle migliori, era buia e con un fondale basso.

Servizi di prim'ordine, la massima attenzione alla pulizia e alla pulizia impeccabile della struttura. Mi è piaciuto moltissimo e ho intenzione di prolungare il nostro soggiorno da 3 a 7 notti. Tuttavia, è stato un peccato che non potessero offrirci un'offerta migliore rispetto al sito web di terze parti, e abbiamo deciso di cambiare struttura.

Il posto era fantastico e conveniente per una vacanza in famiglia. La piscina nella nostra camera era di dimensioni adeguate e pulita. Preparatevi a un sacco di zanzare. Ma l'hotel è stato così gentile da fornirci degli spray aerosol. La zona doccia era fantastica, ma c'erano delle macchie sul coperchio del WC. Il cibo potrebbe essere migliorato molto. Era scadente. Per il resto, il personale è stato molto disponibile e ci ha persino preparato un cestino per la colazione prima della nostra escursione all'isola di Komodo. Cibo 2/5.

Hotel eccellente sotto ogni aspetto. Un'attenzione ai dettagli evidente in tutto ciò che fanno. Ho soggiornato nella suite con piscina e non sono rimasto deluso. Avere la piscina privata è un vero lusso, e la camera in sé era estremamente confortevole ed esteticamente gradevole. Anche il bagno esterno con vasca era fantastico.

La spiaggia privata di questo resort non è pulita e incontaminata come quella del Sudamala Seraya. Per il resto, però, è un resort completo per rilassarsi e la piscina è adatta anche ai bambini. Il parco del resort è splendidamente curato e progettato. Il cibo è delizioso. L'hotel offre anche un trasferimento gratuito per il Sudamala Seraya in barca di legno, che impiega circa 45 minuti dal porto principale.

Il personale era così gentile e disponibile. Ho perso il mio oggetto personale e il personale ha fatto del suo meglio per aiutarmi a trovarlo. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto lo staff dalla reception al signor Ragil che mi ha aiutato a trovarlo. Il servizio è impeccabile. Il posto e le camere sono bellissime. La colazione a buffet e il pranzo erano fantastici. Il cibo era fresco e ho adorato il cocco fresco. Ritornerò sicuramente e lo consiglierò ai miei amici. Grazie a tutti i membri della direzione e del personale per un ottimo soggiorno. 👍

Hotel is beautiful. Room is nice. Staff are friendly. The only downside is that the beach in front of the hotel is murky.

Love the ambience at the hotel. The staffs were very attentive and we even got a free upgrade to Inerie Garden suite. The amenities were great, pool and complimentary kayak and paddle. They also provided free shuttle to the airport. The only downside was the breakfast buffet. For us, it was mid and didn’t have a lot of choices. You can skip it if you stay at the resort. Other than that, I highly recommend this resort!

We stayed in Sudamala resort 6 days, and we spent a wonderful time. What was the best part of the trip? All! The stuff is incredible, supportive and helpful. As we are people who are passionate about the local culture, we asked them to find the place to visit and experience the local dance. They organized everything for us. I had a bad experience with jellyfish and decided to go to the hospital. They took me there and organized the car to brought me back. The food is like in the best restaurant, the room (beachfront) is big and clean, the pool is beautiful and I really enjoyed spending time together with my husband. I went to give a special thanks to Hubert who helped us a lot. Oh, I forgot, the hotel management organized a small cocktail party for some guests and exchanged our experience with the. With a glass of very good champagne. So, to make the long story short, Sudamala is the hotel with the soul and we will always remember our time there. Thanks!

A wonderful place to stay. Fantastic service and a big compliment to Hubertz and his team — you truly made an unforgettable impression on us. We stayed in the Manggarai Villa with Private Pool (#217) and were pampered by everyone. Absolutely recommended!

I love the style of this resort, very beautiful and nicely done. The garden looks great and well maintained. Food is delicious, we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. The private beach is ok, not particularly suitable for water activities. But the pool is nice. Staff are friendly. Overall great experience. I would choose this one again if I come back.

It was a short stay but it was great given the lower price point! The breakfast was tasty and the room spacious. There are free kayaks and standup paddles available!

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The gardens and pools are beautifully maintained, and our room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor drying rack was a practical touch. We felt very welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff.”
