My favorite hotel in Shanghai. Mattress is excellent, more comfortable than in hotels 4 times more expensive. Everyone in the staff is super friendly and helpful, from the boss to the cleaning lady. The girls at the reception are great and speak good english. Best price quality ratio in town. Staying at the Urban Rosa is always a great experience.

For a hotel in this price range, this is by far the best hotel/ resort experience I have had. Cleanliness - room kept well clean and tidy everyday, toiletries promptly replenished daily. Room facilities - cool sensor wc bowl, mattress and beddings used are comparable to those in 5star hotels where u will definitely get a good nights'sleep. Design - simple yet cool, hip decor in the room. There is even a small stream outside my room. Lush greenery outside. Lobby is of minimalist industrial style with conc. floor and sufficient mix of light mesh metal & faux leather armchairs and comfy sofa, giving one a relaxed and careful feel. It may be worth putting a little scent/ fragrance to the space to complete the sensory touch making the space even more memorable. Environment & Amenties - quiet and peaceful. Apart from being a little far from the mrt, there is a good selection of food and groceries in the neighbourhood. There is also a little Korean town and a few new mega malls accessible by bus or taxi. Guest Mix - young travellers and family nucleus groups Front desk - very helpful front desk ladies who went all the way to help me call customs and the airport when I discovered that I had misplaced an important document during my flights. Will definitely come here again and recommend to friends if they come to Shanghai.

Second time staying here, perfect place. Very calm residential neighbourhood near Koreatown. Far from central Shanghai but only took 30 minutes with public transport. Very comfortable!

Great stay, friendly and helpful staff who was messaging me directions at 11pm to make sure I didn’t get lost on the way back to hotel. Amenities feel quite new in the last 1-2 years old, location is quiet at night. Quite peaceful area.

It is good for local people. It doesn't provide service for getting a taxi for you if you don't have a local cell phone.

It was perfect. Silent but in the middle of everything. I had a good rest. Accept foreigners. Common first floor areas a tad messed up but the rooms are clean and cozi, is what matters.

Excellent hotel

我想整體講一下感受，首先我找這個酒店的時候就不好找，他在一個小區裏面，而且關着大門，要提前給店員打電話，而且位置不好找，開過了要到回來要不就是繞一圈。然後進去之後沒有劃好的車位停車不好聽，然後我那天的門店員對我們愛答不理的，就是很不屑，好像是能麼晚了還來住，打擾我睡覺的態度，進入房間之後，有一股淡淡的腥味，應該沒打掃乾淨，房間裏也沒有呼叫前台的電話，枕頭罩還是黃色的，燈的開關我一直沒弄明白，反正摁它上面寫的都不亮，要試好幾個才能亮一部分，空調製暖真垃圾，一晚上了才暖和都睡著了，我的建議就是別去。讓這樣的店消失吧

如果你跟我一樣是個很苦命的人，那我非常推薦你入住樸園酒店。 在坐了整整12個小時的飛機加上前一晚上衹睡了5小時的情況下，苦命的我們到了酒店吃了外賣，直接困到昏倒在床上。就在這麼累的情況下，第一晚半夜5點被吵醒，第二晚3點被吵醒。帶上耳塞也絲毫不起作用，因為這是一種低頻噪音，持續不斷地通過牆體固體傳音。躺在床上聽得更加真切，而且是隔幾分鐘就像空調外機在運作一樣，發出嗡嗡的聲響。苦命的我們在輾轉反側睡不着後，無奈去找前台小妹。小妹也睡得正香，在我們反覆要求下不得已來到房間查看。她表示毫無任何解決辦法，房間全滿，認識的老闆的房間也全滿，就是沒有解決方法。苦命如我們，衹能自行想辦法，找小妹借來她的iPad播放白噪音，希望能蓋過這個持續不斷的低頻噪音。事實上，一旦你發現了這個噪音，它就環繞在四周，再也無法忽視。 第二天拖着三晚沒睡的身體去坐高鐵，體會了靈魂出竅一般的特別感受。期間老闆娘還來溝通，施捨了可憐的我們50塊錢補償，也真是感激不盡了。 回想第一天入住就發現此酒店的各種優點，感覺他們的理念就是，錢一定要省在刀刃上，服務一切苦命人。比如床單被套都是黃的。也是，苦命的人一般身上風塵僕僕的，哪裡配睡乾淨床。洗手液跟水一樣，起不了半點泡沫。也是，苦命的人手那麼臟，水裡麪擠兩滴洗手液綽綽有餘。牆上的畫是個歪的，還會被噪音震得越來越歪。也是，苦命的人哪裡會欣賞什麼藝術，有個歪着的畫看看就是莫大的榮幸了。吹風機的按鈕是撥不動的。也是，苦命的人有一個吹風檔位就夠了，插上電能用的吹風機都有了，還要求什麼自行車？浴室裏也是極簡風，就兩個小瓶子解決你所有問題。還有把水180度噴你一臉的蓮蓬頭，和絲毫不起泡的洗髮水。 哦！還有房卡是絕對衹有一張的，一個人想下去拿個外賣，另外一個人就在房間摸黑。詢問前台，解決辦法就是，在電梯旁放了一個電梯卡。這樣不僅客人下樓方便，任何其他的人也可以隨意上樓了。就多餘在電梯裏設定需要刷房卡這個步驟。 附上視頻，請大家一起一邊欣賞這幅歪着的畫，一邊傾聽低頻噪音。還有幾張照片是我們狹小的窗外的風景。

帶着全家來老小來上海住這家酒店，一進來就被優美的環境吸引住了，很安靜的小院子，院內可以停車，免費的。在這種寸土寸金的地方很難得，房間也很大

已經是樸園酒店的老住户了，每次從虹橋站出發都會訂這裏，首先離車站不遠，進城也比較方便，而且性價比非常高，一樓有很敞亮的大堂和漂亮的花園，房間陳設和衞生也很好，可用清水家電一應俱全（還有智能馬桶），想用冰箱的話找前台幫忙冷藏就好。已經住過不知道多少次，下次還會來，非常棒的入住體驗！

體驗感極差，第一門頭極其難找，第二沒有任何服務可言，第三房間設施超級差，想來住的自己看下我下面附帶的視頻和圖吧
