I had a really good experience at this hotel. The lobby is spacious and bright, and I was greeted with a smile when checking in. Emily and Luna at the front desk were friendly and helpful, which left a great first impression. The service was attentive and thoughtful—they even allowed us a late check-out, which was very convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the overall scent in the hotel was pleasant, unlike many other hotels. The breakfast was more Chinese than Western, but it was still quite good. The location is also very convenient, with good transport links and everything you need nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend it and stay here again.

We stayed at this brand for many times, but this is the first time to stay at this location. Staff are helpful & considerate, especially when I was sick, they gave me a lot of support. & the front desk staff, Cindy always gave us the hand for assistance. Finally, we stayed three nights at this hotel. It is located at around 10min walk from Shenzhen University station, & about 10min walk to the nearby shopping mall. Just only the surrounding areas are having renovations.

We had excellent 4 nights here: Good service, neat and tidy room, wide variety of breakfast choice. Our seniors had a fall and they gave us some dressing taps and first aid meds. Highly appreciated their caring service. The front desk staff Miya and Annie always welcome us with lovely smile. Will come again, thank you for everything.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, buon servizio, check-in rapido, buon ambiente alberghiero e posizione eccellente. È molto comodo essere a pochi passi dall'ingresso della metropolitana. Accanto c'è Haiya Colourful City e ci sono tutti i tipi di deliziosi cibo. Sceglierò di nuovo qui la prossima volta che verrò a Shenzhen. Spero di continuare a mantenere un buon servizio. Consiglio di soggiornare qui!

L'ambiente dell'hotel è grande, con nuove attrezzature hardware e un servizio eccellente. Diana, in particolare, è molto entusiasta e il personale di custodia è molto considerato, consegnare i prodotti in fretta. È stato un buon soggiorno, e sarei sicuramente tornato. Il colazione è molto ricco, con un buffet che offre molte opzioni. Lo consiglio molto. In generale, sono molto soddisfatto.
